Claims (1)
- 信号入力端子と信号出力端子とバイアス供給端
子とを備えるダイオード減衰器と、あらかじめ定
めた電圧を出力する少くとも１つの駆動器と、こ
のそれぞれの駆動器にそれぞれの入力端が接続さ
れたバイアス回路と、このそれぞれのバイアス回
路の出力端と前記ダイオード減衰器の前記バイア
ス供給端子との間に直列に接続した第１のダイオ
ードとを備えた高周波信号減衰装置において、前
記バイアス回路に少くとも１つの感温抵抗素子を
含み前記入力端と前記出力端との間に接続した抵
抗回路と、それぞれ前記出力端と帰線電位点との
間に接続した第２のダイオードと抵抗との直列回
路とを有することを特徴とする高周波信号減衰装
置。
