    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 廃水を活性汚泥処理した後に、活性汚泥と処理
    水の分離に膜分離方式を用いた廃水処理装置にお
    いて、活性汚泥処理槽内の液面変動を防止するた
    めに処理槽またはそれに付属するポンプピツト等
    に液面計を設置し、その液面の変動により膜分離
    装置の循環液量を調整し、処理槽外部への液の流
    出量を調整することを特徴とする廃水処理装置。
