の生じる位置にその位置を横切るようにシリコン
ゴムを固着し、 絶縁ケース内底面の前記シリコンゴムに対応す
る位置にそのシリコンゴムに圧接するような放電
防止用リブを突設したことを特徴とする高電圧用
