Claims (1)
- ソケツトと、該ソケツトに嵌着されるボールシ
ートと、該ボールシートに嵌装抱持されるボール
部をもつたボールスタツドとからなるボールジヨ
イントにおいて、上記ソケツトの開口部近傍内周
面の係合溝に装着され該ソケツト開口部を閉塞シ
ールするゴム等の弾性材よりなるシール部材の上
記係合溝への嵌着部に、上記係合溝の端縁係止部
の径よりやや大なる外径をもつたばね鋼材等より
なるリングを埋設し、上記ソケツトの係合溝端縁
の係止部から開口端にかけての内周面を開口端側
が拡径するテーパ面に形成して上記シール部材の
嵌着部を押込むことにより嵌着部に埋設したリン
グがテーパ面にて弾性変形しつつ係合溝に嵌入係
合しボールシートの端面を押圧支持した状態で組
付けられる構造としたことを特徴とするボールジ
ヨイントのシール部材組付構造。
