し、前記一側突起部及び前記他側突起部を同一方
向に折曲して撹拌突起を形成すると共に、前記撹
拌突起が前記冷却水流通路の内側に向くように、
前記一側突起部及び前記他側突起部を、それぞれ
前記他側切欠部及び前記一側切欠部の縁部の内側
に挿入して折曲し、前記帯板の一側と他側との重
合部を相互にろう着して一体成形したことを特徴
