Claims (1)
昇降方向上下に取付けられた一対のローラに巻き
かけられて作業壁面上を転動するとともに外周面
に複数の吸着用リセスが形成された無端ベルトと
、この無端ベルトの各吸着用リセス内と連通すべ
く一端が無端ベルトの内周面に取付けられた複数
の真空チユーブと、これら各真空チユーブの他端
が無端ベルトの回転と同調して回転する回転体外
周面に取付けられるとともに回転体内周面が摺接
する中心固定体の真空ポートと各真空チユーブと
を回転体の回転により順次連通するロータリーバ
ルブと、作業壁面と接する無端ベルトの吸着用リ
セス内をロータリーバルブおよび真空チユーブを
介して吸引し無端ベルトを作業壁面に真空吸着さ
せる真空吸引機構とから成ることを特徴とする壁
