で軸受支持する空気軸受装置において、前記孔を

に形成し、このプラグ部材の回転スピンドル側端
部に約５０μｍ以下の小孔が形成された非腐食部
材を埋め込むことを特徴とする空気軸受装置。 (2) 前記非腐食部材は、硬石にレーザー加工で
