たキヤツプ２とからなり、上記外筒５と軸部４と
の各対向面の一方には大リードの螺溝７，７を、
他方には該螺溝内へ係合させたピン６，６を付設
して、外筒に対する軸部４の螺昇降を可能とする
と共に、上記キヤツプ周壁の奥部内に化粧品１２
を充填して、塗布用具に対するキヤツプ嵌合状態
で、塗布部３上面が化粧品下面へ、上記付勢によ
