略側面図である。第１０図はニツケル基のバルブ
本体にアルミナイズド処理を行なつたときの顕微
鏡組織を示す写真図であり、第１１図は適用例の
断面図であり、第１２図はバルブの要部の断面図
、第１３図はバリヤ層付近の断面図、第１４図は
盛金剥離発生率を示すグラフであり、第１５図は
バルブ本体の炭素濃度を示すグラフである。 １はバルブ本体、２はバルブフエース、３はバ
リヤ層、４は盛金部をそれぞれ示す。
第２図、第３図、第４図、第５図は本実施例に係
る製造工程を示す概略側面図であり、第６図、第

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バルブフエースをもつ鉄系またはニツケル
系のバルブ本体と、該バルブ本体の該バルブフエ
ースに形成されたバリヤ層と、該バリヤ層を介し
て該バルブ本体の該バルブフエースに設けられた
盛金部とで構成されていることを特徴とする内燃
機関用バルブ。 (2) バリヤ層は、アルミニウム、クロム、ボロ
ン、シリコンの少なくとも一種をバルブ本体のバ
ルブフエースに拡散浸透させた浸透層、または軟
窒化層である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の内燃機関用バルブ。 (3) バリヤ層は、クロム、鉄、ニツケル―リン
合金および銅の少なくとも一種を主要成分とする
メツキ被覆層である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の内燃機関用バルブ。 (4) 盛金部は、コバルトおよびニツケルの少な
くとも一種を主体とする炭化物分散型表面硬化用
合金で形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の内燃機関用バルブ。
