- シンク及び調理器具を含むカウンターを備えた
厨房設備において、前記シンク及び調理器具より
も奥側に配膳スペースを持つように前記カウンタ
ーを形成し、更に該配膳スペースに載せた電気調
理器具等への給電用のコンセントを前記配膳スペ
ースより奥側に設けたことを特徴とする厨房設備
。
