続用の電極端子群に対し、該電極端子群と対応す
る外部導出用のリード群を形成してなるフレキシ
ブルフラツトケーブルの各リードを半田付けする
ことによつて、該フレキシブルフラツトケーブル
の一端部が上記液晶表示素子に接続・固着される
構成において、上記フレキシブルフラツトケーブ
ルの形状を、液晶表示素子に固着される上記端部
から、該端部に隣接して液晶表示素子に直接固着
されない部分に向かつて、漸次幅狭に形成したこ
とを特徴とする液晶表示素子とフレキシブルフラ
