Conventionally, dust collectors have been used to remove particles contained in exhaust gas emitted from combustion equipment such as boilers. Particularly in the case of fine particles, the dust collection efficiency deteriorates due to scattering, so an electrostatic precipitation method is often applied, which utilizes the suction effect of fine particles to an anode due to charging of fine particles in an electrostatic field. In addition, as pollution problems have become more of a focus, it has become common to flush exhaust gases with large amounts of water for the purpose of cooling and muffling exhaust gases, or for cleaning purposes. For large-scale equipment, various devices with different characteristics are connected in series along the exhaust gas flow path to achieve high dust collection efficiency. Furthermore, a rectifier plate may be installed to make the gas density uniform. However, although such equipment improves dust collection efficiency, it places a heavy burden on space and economy.

The present invention is intended to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks regarding dust collectors, increase dust collection efficiency, and simplify exhaust equipment.
A smoke washing tower with one or more perforated plates is installed, and the main body of the dust collector is assembled into a tower body that can be used as a chimney. Exhaust gas is purified while passing from the bottom to the top, and water is further circulated. A dust collector for the purpose of increasing water usage efficiency, that is, a vertical exhaust tower with a gas inlet hole at the bottom and a gas outlet hole at the top, is equipped with a dust collection electrode at the top of the tower body. , a dust collector characterized in that water sprinklers with water sprinkling ports facing the electrode side are provided above and below the dust collecting electrode, and a perforated plate is installed between the dust collecting electrode and the gas inlet hole. This is what we provide.

The inside of the exhaust gas inlet hole 2 of the dust collector 1 is lined with a heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant firestone block 5.
At least one set of two perforated plates 6 is provided on the top thereof. Furthermore, there are multiple dust collection electrodes 7 on the top, and a discharge electrode 14 is suspended via a support arm 15 at an appropriate position between the dust collection electrodes. As shown in FIG. 2, between the dust collecting electrode 7 and the perforated plate 6, there is provided a jet with an injection port facing the dust collecting electrode in order to form a water film on the dust collecting electrode 7 and drop the adhering particles. A high pressure nozzle 12 is provided. A receiving port 11 for water flowing down the electrode plate is provided at the lower part of the dust collecting electrode 7, and a drain port 13 for the received water is provided at a position not facing the high pressure nozzle 12. FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 show their arrangement relationship. The water that has fallen from the drain port 13 is further cooled by the perforated plate 6 and the particles contained in the exhaust gas are adsorbed to the water. A cleaning nozzle 9 for cleaning the dust collecting electrode 7 and the discharge electrode 14 is provided on the upper part of the dust collecting electrode 7, and the water flowing down to the lower part of the device is drained into the drain port 1.
The water is drained from 0, stored in a circulation water tank, and then connected to a circulation system for reuse so that the water can be reused.

The structure of the perforated plate is such that a pair of two perforated plates with an appropriate aperture ratio are installed, with the upper plate movable in the vertical direction relative to the lower fixed plate. It may be set in advance, or it may float appropriately against the weight of the upper plate in response to the gas flow from below. Furthermore, by making the upper plate horizontally rotatable, the overlapping of the holes in the two upper and lower perforated plates can be changed as appropriate.

In the dust collector 1 of the present invention configured as described above, each part may be modified. For example, the casing and dust collecting electrode are not limited to cylindrical shapes, but may be box-shaped. A wire mesh electrode or a needle electrode is used as the discharge electrode. When using a burped discharge electrode, it is best to add weight to the bottom to prevent it from bending. As for the perforated plate 6, it may be selected as appropriate from a practical point of view, such as using a wire mesh laminate instead of a perforated flat plate, or lining with a heat-resistant metal instead of the anti-flame stone block at the bottom of the dust collector. In addition, in order to facilitate maintenance and management of the device, a high-pressure gas injection nozzle is installed near the insulator to keep the area around the insulator 8 for supporting the discharge electrode 14 clean. Considerations such as providing a plurality of nozzles for cleaning the inside of the device and periodically cleaning the inside of the dust collector may also be added depending on the usage conditions.

In the dust collector of the present invention as described above, since the cooling smoke scrubber and the electric precipitator are integrated, the installation area is reduced, and since the device also serves as a chimney, it is advantageous in securing a site and reducing plant costs. . Since the water film on the dust collecting electrode is formed by water injection from below, there is no dead zone above the dust collecting electrode unlike in the overflow type, and the introduction of a perforated plate allows the exhaust to be removed before the dust is collected by the electrostatic precipitator. The processing efficiency of the dust collector improves because the gas is rectified, cooled, smoke washed, and adsorbed. Furthermore, since the perforated plates are a set of two and the interval between them can be adjusted, the interval between the plates can be optimized depending on the flow rate of exhaust gas, the content of soot and dust, and the flow rate of water. Furthermore, the formation of a water film on the dust collecting electrode and the water passing through the perforated plate can be done only by the upward jet of water from the high-pressure nozzle, and since the treated water is reused via the circulation system, the water supply system and treatment system are It is integrated into the cycle, simplifying and consolidating the water system.
