形空気調和機を構成するチヤンバブロツクの分解
斜視図及び外観斜視図、第7図、第8図はそれぞ
れ従来の天井埋込み形空気調和機の外パネルの平
面図及び側面図である。
これらの図において、1は天井露出パネル、3
は吸込口、4は吹出路、5は外パネル、5aは外
周フランジ部、5bは中空孔部、5cは外周フラ
ンジ部5aの中空部、6は中間パネル、7及び8
はそれぞれタテ・ヨコ枠材、12は位置決め部材
、12a,12aは位置決め部材12の両側部、
20は本体、24は送風機、26は仕切板、27
は吸込側通路、28は吹出側通路、29は熱交換
器、35はチヤンバブロツク、36は上部ブロツ
ク、38は貫通孔、40は空気通路、41は空気
流入口、43は下部ブロツク、44は空気入口、
45及び46は空気流出口である。なお、各図中

Claims (1)
込側通路と吹出側通路とに二分する仕切板、上記
吸込側通路に収納された送風機、上記吹出側通路
に収納された熱交換器、中央部に位置して上記吸
込側通路に連通し、吸込チヤンバとなる貫通孔と
上記吹出側通路に連通すると共に上記貫通孔の周
壁を介してその周囲に形成され、吹出チヤンバと
なる空気通路とを一体に形成して構成され、上記
本体下部に装着された上部ブロツクと、上記貫通
孔に連通するように中央部に空気入口とこの空気
入口の周囲に形成され、上記空気通路と連通する
空気流出口とを有し、上記上部ブロツクの下面を
覆う下部ブロツクとからなるチヤンバブロツク、
及び断面形状がL状に形成されたタテ・ヨコ枠材
から構成され、中空孔部と外周フランジ部とを有
する方形状の外パネルと、内側には、上記空気入
口に連通する吸込み口が形成され、上記外パネル
の中空孔部に配設されることによつて、上記外パ
ネルとの間に吹出し路を形成する中間パネルとを
有する天井露出パネルを備えたものにおいて、上
記外パネルを構成するタテ・ヨコ枠材のフランジ
部を中空構造とすると共に上記各タテ・ヨコ枠材
両端の中空部内に、その両側部が嵌合された位置
決め部材を設け、この位置決め部材を介して上記
外パネルを構成したことを特徴とする天井埋込み
