ギヤと前記後進従動ギヤとの間の部分で前記プロ
ペラシヤフトの外周にその軸線方向に移動可能に
嵌合配置されていて前記駆動ギヤの回転力を前記
前進従動ギヤを介して前記プロペラシヤフトに伝
達するか前記後進従動ギヤを介して前記プロペラ
シヤフトに伝達するかの切換えを行うクラツチ可
動部材と、前記プロペラシヤフトの軸線方向に往
復移動可能に配置されて前記クラツチ可動部材を
前記プロペラシヤフトの軸線方向に往復移動させ
るクラツチ作動ロツドと、前記クラツチ作動ロツ
ドを前記プロペラシヤフトの軸線方向に往復移動
させるクラツチ作動ロツド駆動手段と、前記クラ
ツチ作動ロツド駆動手段に先端が連結された操作
ロツドと、前記操作ロツドに連結されて操作レバ
ーの操作力を該操作ロツドに伝達する操作力伝達
機構とを備え、前記操作力伝達機構は上部カウリ
