In recent years, interest in new media equipment, CATV, home bus systems, etc. has increased, and in particular, for home bus systems, various related companies and research companies are developing transmission methods for video signals, audio signals, data signals, channel plans, etc. This is being considered by the Board of Directors, etc. Although these information transmission methods are currently still in flux and have not been standardized, they are one of the most powerful transmission methods.
A transmission method that modulates video and audio into a subband or midband band and transmits data as is in the baseband is attracting attention. In this transmission method, as shown in Fig. 1, a transmission line is formed by connecting a branch coaxial cable 3 to a branch 2 connected to a coaxial cable 1, and providing an information output terminal 4 on this branch coaxial cable 3. From each information output terminal 4, both modulated video and audio signals (RF signals) and data signals (baseband signals) can be taken out. But in this case, the baseband signal is
There is a concern that it may affect the RF signal. For example, if a monitor TV or intercom device is connected to the information output terminal 4 as a terminal device, there is a risk that stripes may appear on the image or noise may occur on the audio. .

The purpose of the present invention is to incorporate a changeover switch in the information output terminal and to switch the changeover switch when simultaneously transmitting RF signals such as video and audio signals and baseband signals such as data signals to the same transmission path. The objective is to extract RF signals and baseband signals without interfering with each other.

Figure 2 is a diagram explaining the principle of the present invention, in which an RF signal information output terminal 5 is provided on a branch coaxial cable 3 via a capacitor C 1 , and a base with a capacitor C 2 connected to the ground via an inductance L. A band signal information output terminal 6 is provided. The DC component of the RF signal and baseband signal transmitted through the coaxial cable 1, branch 2, and branch coaxial cable 3 is removed by the capacitor C1 at the RF signal information output terminal 6, so that only the RF signal can be extracted. Therefore, at the baseband signal information output terminal 6, the high frequency component is grounded by the capacitor C2 , and only the baseband signal can be taken out, thereby improving mutual interference. However, as it is, when connecting n terminal devices to one outlet, 2 x n information output terminals are required.
This increases the space and is not practical. For this reason, in the present invention, a separation means for separating the RF signal and the baseband signal is provided, and a changeover switch is provided to switch and connect the RF signal output section and the baseband signal output section of this separation means to a single information output terminal. A selector switch is provided to transmit only the RF signal or only the baseband signal to a single information output terminal. The changeover switch here is
If the shape of the connector of the terminal device connected to the information output terminal is different for RF signal and base signal, and switching is done based on the difference in shape of the connector connected, the trouble of switching operation can be reduced. No longer needed.

Embodiment In FIG. 3, reference numeral 7 denotes an information outlet, and as shown in FIG. I'll keep it. Further, the switching rod 10 is normally connected to an RF signal contact 12 by a spring 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes an information transmission line, one end of which is connected to the switching rod 10, and the other end of which is connected to the connector 14. Connector 1
A notch 16 is provided in the grounding part 15 of 4, and the length of this notch 16 is increased as shown in FIG. 5a for the RF signal connector 14a, and as shown in FIG. 5b for the baseband signal connector 14b. Make d smaller.

Operation When the RF signal connector 14a is inserted into the information outlet 7, the ground portion 15 does not touch the insulating rod 8 due to the notch 16, so the information transmission path
Only RF signals can be extracted from. Also, the baseband signal connector 14b is the RF signal connector 1.
Since the notch 16 is shortened by d compared to 4a, when this baseband signal connector 14b is inserted into the information outlet 7, the insulating rod 8 is pushed to the left by d, and the switching rod 10 becomes the baseband signal contact. Switch to 17. Therefore, only the baseband signal can be extracted from the information transmission path 13. In this way, an information outlet 7 with a built-in changeover switch 9 for RF signals and baseband signals is provided, and depending on the signals required for the terminal equipment connected to it, an RF signal connector is installed for video equipment, intercoms, etc. 14a and the baseband signal connector 14b to the data transmission equipment, either the RF signal or the baseband signal without mutual interference can be extracted.

As described above, the present invention includes a separation means for separating an RF signal and a baseband signal, and
Since a changeover switch is provided to switch and connect the RF signal output section and the baseband signal output section in this separation means to a single information output terminal, by switching the changeover switch, the RF signal output section and the baseband signal output section can be connected to a single information output terminal. Only RF signals or only baseband signals are transmitted, and even though it is an information outlet on a transmission path that transmits RF signals and baseband signals on the same transmission path, the RF information obtained from this information outlet The signals or baseband signals do not interfere with each other,
Whether the required signal is an RF signal or a baseband signal, a good signal can be obtained. In particular, RF signals do not increase loss due to impedance mismatch and attenuate, and RF
This has the effect of providing sufficient countermeasures against signals.
