This invention was made by focusing on these conventional problems, and instead of attaching a conventional speaker assembly that occupies a large area to the upper surface of the shelf board, an acoustic diaphragm is directly installed on the same plane. The above problem was solved by attaching it to the top of the shelf board and giving it a speaker function. In addition, a fabric sheet was attached to the top surface of the shelf board to prevent chatter vibration, and a fabric sheet was attached to the top of the acoustic diaphragm. By providing a parcel guard installed directly from the vehicle body structural panel with a small gap between the diaphragm and the shelf board, acoustic vibrations induced in the shelf board itself due to the above configuration can be reduced. The purpose is to prevent the information from being transmitted to parcels and other vehicle components.

First, to explain the structure, reference numeral 5 denotes a rear parcel shelf board provided between the rear seat back 6 and the rear window glass 7 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and between the left and right rear pillars 8. It is attached to the panel 9 via a cushioning felt 10. 11 is an acoustic diaphragm (acoustic vibration driver) of arbitrary shape such as rectangular, circular, or oval made of hard urethane; 12
is a vibrator fixed to the lower surface of this acoustic diaphragm 11, and both the vibrator 12 and the diaphragm 11 function as a speaker for an audio device. The above-mentioned acoustic diaphragm 11 is arranged so that the top surface of the acoustic diaphragm 11 is substantially the same as the top surface of the shelf board 5 on the flange 14 provided around the periphery of the opening 13 recessed in the center of the shelf board 5. They are placed in a straight line so that they match. On the substantially flat surface of the shelf board 5 including the acoustic diaphragm 11, a fabric sheet 15 having fibrous fluff for preventing chatter vibration is partially or partially covered with adhesive. It is fully glued.

Here, the installation of the acoustic diaphragm 11 onto the flange 14 of the above-mentioned shelf board opening 13 is performed in the third
As shown in the figure, the diaphragm 11 may be simply held between the flange 14 and the fabric sheet 15, or as shown in FIG. It may be fixed by hanging. Further, the fabric sheet 15 described above is
The sheet must have fibrous piles,

Next, the effect will be explained. With the configuration described above, when this acoustic device is used as a speaker, an electrical acoustic signal is sent to the vibrator 12 to drive the acoustic diaphragm 11. At this time, the shelf board 5 itself also vibrates at the same time, but the transmission of vibration is of course prevented by the anti-vibration effect of the felt 10 on the vehicle body structure panel 9, as well as the above-mentioned anti-vibration effect of the fabric sheet 15. The vibration effect prevents transmission of chatter vibrations between the parcel placed on the shelf board 5 and vehicle parts such as the rear seat back 6 and rear pillar 8.

Other embodiments are shown in FIGS. 5 to 7. Note that the same configurations as those in the embodiment described above are indicated by the same reference numerals. 17
This is a guard for the parcel, and is an iron-metal press-molded product or a plastic injection-molded product that is installed only on the upper part of the acoustic diaphragm 11, which vibrates the most when used as a speaker, in order to prevent the direct transmission of vibrations. This guard 17 is fixed to the directly installed vehicle body structure panel 9 with a plurality of machine screws 18 and a rubber mount strip 19 with a small gap provided between the acoustic diaphragm 11 and the shelf board 5 body. Further, the surface of the guard 17 is provided with a plurality of rectangular openings 21 having reinforcing legs 20 on the periphery to improve the rigidity of the guard surface, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7. Therefore, even if a load is placed on the upper part of the guard 17, chatter vibration is not induced. Further, the speaker sound is radiated to the outside through the side surface of the lower surface of the guard. The upper surface of the shelf board 5 other than the guard 17 generally has much less vibration than the acoustic diaphragm 11 itself, and the above-mentioned fabric sheet 15 is entirely covered on the upper surface. Therefore, the transmission of vibrations from the load placed on it is sufficiently prevented.

The above has described an example in which the audio device is placed singly in the center of the shelf board 5 as a monaural system, but this also applies to the case where it is arranged in parallel on the left and right sides of the shelf board 5 as a stereo system. According to the example.

As described above, according to the present invention, instead of a conventional speaker assembly, an acoustic diaphragm is arranged in an opening in a shelf board such that its top surface substantially coincides with the top surface of the shelf board. The structure is such that a vibration-preventing fabric sheet is applied to the entire upper surface of the shield, so that it can be mounted on the shelf without inducing resonance with the parcels placed on top of it or other vehicle components. The entire top surface of the board can be utilized to the fullest as the original storage space of the rear parcel shelf.

Furthermore, by installing a parcel guard directly from the vehicle body structure panel that is insulated from the acoustic vibration source above the acoustic diaphragm that vibrates the most, in addition to the same effect as the above embodiment, vibration to the parcel can be reduced. The insulation effect can be improved.
