[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to the improvement of a submersible electric motor in which lubricant is sealed inside, and its purpose is to improve the cooling effect and the lubricating performance of the bearing. A conventional submersible electric motor of this type that is generally known is disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 55-66246. This is designed to improve the cooling effect of the stator coils, etc. by integrally providing fans on both end faces of the rotor and circulating the air inside the motor with the fans.

However, since the conventional submersible motor as described above circulates air, it is possible to have a configuration in which the fans protrude greatly from both end faces of the rotor, but a submersible motor with lubricating fluid sealed This configuration not only increases fluid resistance and reduces motor efficiency, but also requires the fan itself to be formed on the stator core, which has the disadvantage of increasing the manufacturing cost of the rotor core, especially the material cost. . In addition, with a fan installed, the fluid is stirred not only in the radial direction but also in the axial direction, which reduces the cooling effect on the coil end itself, which is the main source of heat generation, and the shape of the fan itself becomes large. This becomes a factor that further reduces motor efficiency.

FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway front view showing an embodiment of a submersible electric motor according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of the winding end. In these figures, 1 is a stator frame, 2 is a stator core fixed to the inner surface of the stator frame 1, and 3 is a stator winding group formed by bundling a plurality of water-resistant electric wires. inserted into each slot. 4 is a winding end of the stator winding group 3; 5 and 6 are a pair of brackets fixed to both side openings of the stator frame 1, and bearing cylinder portions 7 and 8 extending inward, respectively.
have. 9 and 10 are the above brackets 5 and 6
is a tapered cylindrical guide fixed inside the wire, and there are gaps 11, 1 between each tip of the guide and the tip of the winding end 4.
2 is provided. Reference numerals 13 and 14 designate sleeve bearings fitted into the bearing cylinder portions 7 and 8, and a thrust bearing 15 is formed on one of the sleeve bearings. A rotor shaft 16 is supported via the sleeves 13 and 14, and includes a rotor core 17 and a pair of thrust disks 1.
8 and 19 are fixed. Both thrust bearings 18 and 19 support the thrust load of the rotor shaft 16 together with the thrust bearing 15, and have a plurality of protrusions 20 and 21 protruding in the radial direction on their outer peripheries. Reference numerals 22 and 23 indicate end rings, which are provided on the rotor core 17 and are in sliding contact with the axial end surfaces of the respective thrust bearings 18 and 19. Note that a lubricating liquid such as propylene glycol is sealed inside the stator frame 1.
This constitutes a submersible electric motor.

As described above, the present invention enables lubricating fluid within the submersible motor to be sent and circulated in the radial direction of the thrust disk by means of the protrusions provided in the radial direction on the outer periphery of the thrust disk. Since the flow is circulated between the strands at the end of the winding, the end of the winding can be centrally cooled, and the cooling effect on the end of the winding is significantly improved. Since there is no stirring in the same direction, fluid resistance can be reduced and motor efficiency can be significantly improved. Furthermore, since the protruding stripes are formed on the outer periphery of the thrust disk, there is no need to form a fan on the rotor shaft itself, which has the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost of the rotor core, particularly the material cost.
