Conventionally, various materials such as metal, plastic, inorganic materials, and wood have been used for wall materials, especially exterior wall materials, but in recent years, with emphasis on durability and fire resistance, cement,
Products whose main raw materials are inorganic materials such as calcium silicate have come to be widely used. Wall materials made from this inorganic material come in many shapes, such as board-like ones and sizing-like ones molded into the desired shape, but the construction methods are either directly to the base, or by fixing the body line to the base and nailing the wall material. The most common method is to However, in the case of nailing construction, the nails are not only exposed and unsightly, but also water can seep through the nail holes, and if you are not careful when nailing, you may hit the wall material.
The wall materials were often destroyed by driving in too many nails. In order to eliminate this drawback and to facilitate the positioning of the wall materials, a continuous protrusion 2 is provided on the upper surface of the wall material 1 as shown in FIG. 3, the projections 2 or grooves 3 are fixed by nailing, and the opposing grooves 3 or projections 2 are fitted together. Some parts are made so that they are not visible from the surface. According to this, although the above-mentioned problem has been solved, if the wall material 1 that has been once installed is damaged for some reason, it is extremely difficult to remove the nails and replace a part of the wall material 1, especially by nailing. If the part is not visible from the surface, it is virtually impossible to remove the nail. These drawbacks are unavoidable because the structure of the wall material 1 is basically premised on fixing by nailing.

Figures 2 and 3 show the wall material 4 according to the present invention, which has continuous protrusions 2 on its upper side 4a.
Further, a groove 3 having a size in which the protrusion 2 fits is continuously provided on the opposing lower surface 4b, and a continuous recessed notch 5 is further provided approximately in the center of the back surface. An insertion recess 5a is formed toward the top end of the recess 5 so that a hook 7b of a locking tool 7, which will be described later, can be inserted into the recess 5.

The locking tool 7 used to lock and fix the main wall material 4 to the base 6 is, for example, an elongated plate material 7a with a cross-sectional shape, as shown in FIGS.
In the process of sequentially fitting the grooves 3 and 3, square-shaped hook portions 7b that can be inserted into the recessed portions 5 are integrally formed at regular intervals on both erected sides of the plate material 7a. The tip 7c of the hook portion 7b has a shape that can be fitted into the insertion recess 5a of the recess cutout 5. The locking tools 7 are fixed to the base 6 in two rows per one main wall material 4, and the tips 7c of the hooking parts 7b of the locking tools 7 are
The main wall material 4 is sequentially inserted and locked into the locking tool 7 from below while fitting into the insertion recess 5a of the recessed notch 5 of the main wall material 4. The locking tool 7 may be fixed to the base 6 as described above, or may be integrally molded with the base 6.

To manufacture the wall material 4 according to the present invention, cement such as ordinary Portland cement or early strength cement, or inorganic hydraulic substances such as calcium silicate and gypsum, and water, if necessary, asbestos, glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. It is obtained by adding fibrous materials such as metal fibers, aggregates, plasticizers, water-reducing materials, etc., kneading, and then extrusion molding. Of course, not only extrusion molding but also other molding methods may be used, and plastic or wood may be processed instead of using an inorganic hydraulic substance as a raw material. Further, in order to increase the strength, a continuous reinforcing material may be embedded inside the main wall material 4, and it is also possible to apply any decoration such as organic paint, inorganic paint, glaze, etc. to the surface beforehand or after construction.

According to the wall material according to the present invention, the wall surface is constructed by fitting together the wall materials and the locking tools without nailing during construction, so construction is extremely easy, and moreover, attention is paid to positioning accuracy. There is no need for this, and any dimensional differences in the wall material itself can be easily accommodated by the fasteners. Moreover, since it is not fixed by nailing like in the past, even if some of the main wall materials are damaged, they can be easily removed and replaced with new wall materials.
It can be easily repaired. In addition, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, by forming side surfaces that stand up on both sides of the elongated cross-sectional plate, the wall surface has a ventilation section between the base and the wall material, resulting in a type of natural ventilation. This structure seals out moisture such as rainwater that inevitably permeates through gaps between wall materials, allowing for easy evaporation and ventilation without causing deterioration of the base material.
