The present invention provides a pressure chamber 2 formed at the lower part of the governor seat 7 of the water governor valve 5.
0 is provided with an opening 9 on the lower surface thereof, and a float or flow valve type lid body 10 that closes the opening 9 is provided,
and a shaft 11 facing the valve body 8 into the governor seat 7.
The flow switch 4 includes a reed switch 12 provided within the mandrel 11, and a pressure receiving member 14 including a magnet piece 13 loosely fitted to the mandrel 11. The pressure receiving member 14
is landed on the upper part of the valve body 8 by the spring 15, and the valve body 8 is
To explain this in more detail, the governor sheet 7 is watertightly attached to the flange portion 1a protruding from the water passage 1 side at its upper outer periphery. The governor sheet 7 is provided with an opening 7 on the side surface of the intermediate portion thereof, an outlet 19 with a valve seat 18 on the inner surface of the upper part of the governor sheet 7, and an outlet 19 provided with a valve seat 18 on the inner surface of the upper part of the governor sheet 7. The pressure chamber 20 communicates with the opening 17 and communicates with the outlet 19 via the water passage gap 16 between the mandrel 11 and the valve body 8. However, it goes without saying that the water passage gap 16 may be formed in the mandrel 11.

When the hot water tap 26 is opened, a flow is generated in the water passage 1, and the pressure receiving member 14 forming the flow switch 4 is pushed up against the spring 15, resulting in the state shown in FIG.
Therefore, the reed switch 12 is turned on and the heat source 6 is activated, and the valve body 8 of the water governor valve 5 is activated by the spring 15.
The press is released. Therefore, the valve body 8 moves upward, and the lid body 10 is released from being pressed down. For this reason, the opening 9 on the lower surface of the pressure chamber 20 formed under the governor seat 7 is closed. Therefore, the water governor valve 5 is in an operating state in which the water flow pressure is adjusted in the gap between the valve seat 18 and the valve body 8 in response to the water pressure acting on the pressure chamber 20 through the opening 17, and the water flow pressure is adjusted. heat exchanger 2
water is passed through.

However, when the tap 26 is closed to cut off the hot water supply, the pressure receiving member 14 is pushed by the spring 15 and moves downward.
The lid 10 is pushed down via the valve body 8 to open the opening 9.
Therefore, when a drain valve (not shown) is opened, the water accumulated in the water governor valve 5 also drains through the opening 9.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, an opening is provided on the lower surface of the governor seat of the water governor valve, a lid body is provided to close the opening, and the valve body is slid on the shaft facing inside the governor seat. The flow switch is configured to be freely inserted and inserted, and further, the flow switch facing into the water passage is configured with a reed switch provided in the mandrel, and a pressure receiving member provided with a magnet piece loosely fitted to the mandrel, the pressure receiving member The spring is used to snap onto the upper end of the valve body and push the lid downwardly open via the valve body, so that the lid always moves downward when releasing water to the water passage. The opening can be kept open, and when draining water using the drain valve, the water in the water governor valve can be drained as well, which eliminates the inconvenience caused by freezing of the water governor valve, and also improves its structure. It utilizes the operation of the pressure receiving member constituting the flow switch, does not require a special pressure receiving member for opening and closing the lid, and has the advantage of being simple in structure and inexpensive.
