[Detailed Description of the Invention] This invention relates to a fluid controller that controls the supply of fluid such as air or fuel to a combustion appliance or the like. Conventionally, fluid controllers such as electromagnetic valves that control the amount of combustion air or fuel supplied by adsorbing or pressing a plunger having a valve body by energizing and de-energizing an electromagnetic coil and the elastic force of a spring have been used, for example, in practice. This method is already known in JP-A-54-148937. However, in this known method, no consideration is given to the prevention of the "boom" vibration noise that occurs due to the slight vibrations of the spring in the vertical and horizontal directions when the spring that presses the plunger with its elastic force is expanded. Therefore, each time the device is operated, a vibration sound that is harsh on the ears and causes noise is generated, giving a sense of anxiety to the user.

This idea focuses on this point and eliminates the above drawbacks,
The purpose of this product is to provide a fluid controller that prevents the generation of vibration noise and can always be used properly without causing anxiety to the user, and in order to achieve this purpose,
In particular, in a structure in which a plunger is actuated by an electromagnetic coil and a spring to control fluid such as gas or liquid, a vibration prevention wall is provided which comes into contact with the spring and prevents its vibration when the spring is expanded. , is a fluid controller installed at an appropriate location near the spring. According to this fluid controller, even if the spring vibrates vertically and horizontally when it is extended, it immediately comes into contact with the vibration prevention wall and the vibration is stopped.
There is no need to worry about the device vibrating indefinitely, causing noise and causing discomfort to the user, and can be used at all times.Furthermore, the structure is extremely simple, just installing a vibration prevention wall near the spring. , the vibration can be stopped as reliably and instantaneously as if the vibration of the tuning fork was stopped by touching the tuning fork with a finger. Next, a preferred embodiment of the fluid controller according to the invention shown in the drawings will be described.

If the combustion fan 2 is driven after the heating heater is energized to raise the temperature of the combustion section 1 to a certain temperature, combustion air will be supplied to the combustion section 1 via the ventilation path 3 and branched from the ventilation path 3. Fuel is supplied from the oil supply pipe 19 to the combustion section 1 according to the static pressure applied to the oil level regulator 17 via the branch pipe 18, and while this fuel is vaporized in the combustion section 1, it is mixed with combustion air. They are mixed and combusted, and when controlling the amount of combustion air to switch the combustion power between high and low, by energizing the solenoid valve 7, the solenoid coil 9 generates an attractive force and the valve body 10 and the plunger 11 are both sucked upward against the pressing force of the spring 12 and the communication port 8 is opened, so that the combustion air flows through the large and small air passages 6 and 5 to the combustion section 1 in large quantities and at high pressure. At the same time, a large amount of fuel is also supplied and strong combustion is performed, and conversely, the solenoid valve 7
When the energization is stopped, the valve body 10 and the plunger 11, which have been attracted to the electromagnetic coil 9, are both pushed down by the pressing force of the spring 12, closing the communication port 8, so that no fuel is supplied to the combustion section 1. The combustion air is supplied only from the small air passage 5 and is small, and the amount of fuel is correspondingly small and weak combustion is performed.

Furthermore, when the combustion air is controlled by the electromagnetic valve 7, the expanding and contracting spring 12 slightly vibrates due to the elastic force of the expansion and contraction, and attempts to emit a "boom" vibration sound. Since a vibration prevention wall 14 that contacts the spring 12 is provided, the spring 12 that attempts to vibrate is
When the vibration prevention wall 14 comes in contact with the vibration prevention wall 14, the vibration stops instantaneously, as if touching a tuning fork with a finger, and it is certain that vibration noise will be generated, causing noise and making the user feel uneasy. It can be used with peace of mind, and the structure is extremely simple with only the vibration prevention wall 14 provided near the spring 12, making it inexpensive.

In this invention, the vibration prevention wall 14 is replaced by the spring 1.
Although the spring 12 is sandwiched between the inner and outer circumferential parts of the vibration prevention wall 12, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is sufficient to have at least one vibration prevention wall 14. A similar effect can be obtained by preparing for the next season.

In short, this invention, in a device that operates a plunger 11 using an electromagnetic coil 8 and a spring 12 to control fluid such as gas or liquid, comes into contact with the spring 12 when it is expanded to prevent its vibration. Since the vibration prevention wall 14 is provided at a suitable location near the spring 12,
Even if the spring vibrates up and down and left and right due to its elastic force when it is extended, it immediately comes into contact with the vibration prevention wall and the vibration is stopped instantly, so unlike conventional models, it continues to vibrate forever, producing vibration noise and causing noise. This will ensure that things that make the user feel uneasy are prevented.
It can be used safely and in good condition at all times, and its structure is extremely simple, with a vibration-preventing wall that comes into contact with the spring when it vibrates, so it has the advantage of being good and inexpensive. be.
