In such conventional equipment, in order to form a guide groove for inserting the printed board in the shelf itself, the groove forming part of the metal shelf must be thicker than the depth of the groove, which increases the weight and the equipment. Because it is possible to reduce the size of the groove, and precision is required for groove formation,
Installation and assembly work was also troublesome. Since the plug-in connection portion of the backboard also connects the overhead wiring and line signals, the number of connectors connected increases, and the pattern of the printed board becomes congested. Furthermore, in order to store and transport printed boards to be mounted on such shelves, a special storage case is required to protect the components mounted on the printed boards.

The measuring jack 10 has a terminal connected to a printed circuit board circuit and a terminal 22 connected to a line cable, each forming a pair, and a measuring plug receiving opening 10a.
They are removably pressed together inside. Therefore, the line signal is connected to the printed circuit board via the terminal 22 and a pair of terminals press-connected thereto. Then, when a measuring plug (not shown) is inserted into the measuring plug receiving port 10a, the terminal inside the measuring plug enters between the pair of pressure-welded terminals,
Separate these and attach one to one to each terminal.
This makes it possible to measure the printed circuit board circuit and the line side independently.

Details of the support member 9 are shown in FIG. This support member 9 is a plastic molded product and is a member common to the upper and lower sides, and includes a groove member 9d and each groove member 9d in which a groove 9a for mounting a printed board extending in the front-rear direction is formed.
It consists of horizontal members 9c in the left and right direction connecting the groove members 9d, and ventilation openings 40 are formed between each groove member 9d. The horizontal member 9c is formed continuously in the left-right direction, but cuts 9b are provided at appropriate locations so that the horizontal member 9c can be easily cut according to the number of printed boards accommodated.

On the inner surface of the groove 9a, as shown in FIG.
If the groove 9a is pushed open and press-fitted against the elasticity of the hole 8a of the printed board 8 (the third
(see figure), and the printed board 8 is held by the support member 9. The groove member 9d has notches formed before and after the protrusion 9e, and when the printed board 8 is press-fitted, the groove member is pushed open and deformed only in the protrusion 9e portion, so that the press-fitting can be performed relatively easily. In this case, due to the shape of the protrusion 9e, the printed board 8 can be attached to and removed from the groove member 9d of the support member 9 only from the top and bottom directions, and is immobile in the front and rear directions in the engaged state. Therefore, it cannot be attached or detached by moving it forward. With such a configuration, when the printed board 8 and the printed board 8 are combined as an assembly, there will be no mutual positional deviation, and the insertion into the shelf 6 can be performed smoothly.

Further, the length (width) of this supporting member 9 in the direction orthogonal to the printed board 8 is longer than the height of the mounted component 42 on the printed board 8, as shown in FIG. On the back side of the parts mounting surface,
It has a length equal to or greater than the protruding height of the solder joint portion 41 of the lead terminal of the component. The printed board 8 is stored as an assembly with the support member 9. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 7a to 7c, no matter what position the printed board assembly is stored, the mounted components 4
2 and the solder joints 41 of the lead terminals are protected by the support member 9.

As described above, the horizontal member 9c of the support member 9 is cut at the cuts 9b according to the number of printed boards 8, but this is also determined by the requirements described below. In other words, the lengths of the left and right ends are adapted to the inside of the shelf 6, and the support member 9 can be inserted as a guide member for inserting and removing the printed board 8 into the shelf 6, thereby allowing accurate plug-in connection with the frame connector. Of course, there are a plurality of lateral members in the front-rear direction, for example, three or more.

Regarding the groove member 9d and the horizontal member 9c of the support member 9, it is sufficient that the groove 9a is formed at least at the portion of the protrusion 9e, and the other portions are formed to the thickness up to the bottom of the groove 9a. Alternatively, the groove depth of the protrusion 9e portion may be made sufficiently high, and the other grooves may be made shallow. The height of the horizontal member 9c is also set accordingly.

The supporting member 9 can be cut into a continuous frame shape as shown in FIG. 4, but
For mass production, it is better to individually mold individual pieces of a predetermined width because it requires less cutting effort.

(7) Effects of the Invention As explained above, in the communication line equipment housing device according to the present invention, after the printed board is integrally connected to the support member made of a plastic molded product,
Since this assembly is inserted into the shelf, the shelf structure is simplified and the plug-in connection of the connector to the frame is ensured.

Since there is no need to provide grooves for guiding printed boards, shields are easier to manufacture, and since they do not directly hold printed boards, they do not require much strength, and therefore can have large ventilation openings. This can improve the heat dissipation effect.

The overhead wiring is plug-in connected directly to the connector on the frame, and the line connection is made by using the line cable wiring space on the front side of the printed board unit to connect the connector via the measuring jack. Since no space is required for arranging line connectors on the frame, the printed board unit can be made smaller.

The support member includes a groove member extending in the front-rear direction and having a groove for receiving the upper and lower side edges of the printed board, and a horizontal member in the left-right direction, which are integrally formed as a plastic molded product, and a groove is formed on the inner surface of the groove. The member is elastically pushed open and includes a chevron-shaped protrusion that allows the printed board to be inserted and removed in the vertical direction and remains immovable in the front and back direction, and when the printed board is inserted into the groove member, the engaging hole and the protrusion on the printed board surface are inserted. When the two are engaged, the integrated printed board assembly with the support member as a guiding member for inserting and removing the printed board into and from the shelf is inserted into and removed from the shelf, and a plug-in connection is made to the frame connector, and a line connection is made using the connector on the front side.
