By having the above-mentioned structure of the present invention, when the circulation pump operates, the vacuum breaker valve receives the pushing pressure of the circulation pump and is always in a pressurized state, thereby preventing malfunction of air suction.

In addition, if a hole occurs in the heat exchanger, under normal conditions, the heat exchanger is under pressure due to tap water pressure and pressurization of the circulation pump, and hot water inside the housing will always leak from the hole in the heat exchanger. Therefore, for example, water in the bathtub will not leak into the bathtub and flow back into the heat exchanger or the housing.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a housing, 2 is a water supply port, and H1 is from the overflow surface K of the bathtub 9.
Only located at the top. 3A is an outlet of the circulation circuit 3, 4 is a return port, and 5 is a vacuum breaker valve provided at the return port. The circulation circuit 3 is equipped with a circulation pump 6 on the primary side of the heat exchanger 7, and by operating the circulation pump 6, the heat exchanger 7 is heated and the water in the bathtub 9 is heated via the heat exchange case 8. . Further, a water level detector 10 is provided on the upper part of the housing 1, and when water leakage from the heat exchanger 7 and the housing 1 is detected, an alarm M such as an alarm buzzer or a lamp is displayed, and the operation of the burner B is stopped.

During normal operation, hot water sucked by the circulation pump 6 from the outlet 3A of the circulation circuit of the housing 1 enters the return port 4 of the circulation circuit 3 via the heat exchanger 7. A vacuum breaker valve 5 is provided at the return port 4 (secondary side), and at the time of this operation, the vacuum breaker valve 5 is always in a pressurized state due to tap water pressure and pressurization of the circulation pump 6, and the vacuum breaker valve 5 is in a pressurized state. I never work.

In addition, as for the operation when the heat exchanger 7 is punctured, firstly, the housing 1 and the heat exchanger 7 are always in a pressurized state due to the tap water pressure, and the water in the housing 1 leaks from the heat exchanger 7. , water in the bathtub 9 will not flow back through the perforated portion of the heat exchanger 7.

Second, during operation, the circulation pump 6 is on the primary side of the heat exchanger 7, so the circulation pump 6 pressurizes the heat exchanger 7, and the water in the housing 1 leaks from the perforated part of the heat exchanger 7. .

Thirdly, if negative pressure is applied to the housing 1 due to a water outage or the like on the water supply pipe side, the vacuum break valve 5 provided at the return port 4 of the circulation circuit 3 opens and sucks in the atmosphere. The sucked air is communicated with the water supply pipe 2a, and the internal pressure of the housing 1 can be instantly balanced against the negative pressure of the housing 1 to atmospheric pressure. At this time, there is a water head difference H2 between the casing 1 and the bathtub 9, and since the water level in the casing 1 is high, water gradually leaks from the perforated part of the heat exchanger 7 due to the water head pressure inside the casing 1. 9 water will not enter the heat exchanger 7. This water leakage from the heat exchanger 7 is caused by the bathtub 9 and the casing 1.
continues to the overflow surface of the bathtub 9, where the water level is the same.

When the water levels in the housing 1 and the bathtub 9 become the same at the overflow surface K of the bathtub 9, the water in the housing 1 and the bathtub 9 can mix due to the hole in the heat exchanger 7, and the water in the housing 1 becomes contaminated. However, since the water supply port 2 is located at a position H1 above the overflow surface K at this time, the dirty water will not flow back into the water supply pipe 2a. While the water level in the housing 1 is decreasing, the water level detector 10 detects the water level and issues an alarm with the alarm buzzer and lamp alarm M, and stops the operation of the heat exchanger 7.
It will not restart automatically unless it is replaced or repaired.

なお、13は浴槽接続口、14は安全弁である。
Therefore, when the heat exchanger 7 is replaced or repaired, the contaminated water remaining in the housing 1 is drained from the drain plug 11, thereby preventing the contaminated water from being reused.
In addition, 13 is a bathtub connection port, and 14 is a safety valve.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention connects a circulation circuit for indirect heating to a housing, provides a circulation pump on the primary side of a heat exchanger provided in the circulation circuit, and provides a vacuum breaker valve on the secondary side. This structure prevents malfunctions due to air intake when the circulation pump operates under normal conditions, and in the event of a hole in the heat exchanger, water usually leaks from the heat exchanger, and even the water supply is interrupted. Even in a negative pressure state due to a water outage on the pipe side, the operation of the vacuum breaker valve prevents waste water from the bathtub from flowing back into the water pipe through the hole in the heat exchanger, so there is no problem of contamination of the tap water.
