In this analysis method, the serum for testing is placed in a specimen storage container made of transparent synthetic resin called a cell and subjected to the test.
Normally, these cells are arranged in a line in a cell holder in groups of 10, for example, and are transported to a laser beam irradiation unit via a reagent dispenser or the like. in this case,
In conventional devices, in order to prevent the cells from swinging within the cell holder, a spring-loaded cell lock spacer is provided that presses the cells from the side from outside the cell holder to restrain them. The lock spacer is used to detect the presence or absence of cells. Although this cell lock spacer is an accessory to the analyzer, extra space is required to install it, and
This is a cause of structural complexity.

The purpose is to downsize and simplify the structure of the analyzer itself.

is a transparent rectangular cylinder with a bottom made of synthetic resin, and a pair of guide grooves 2, 2 are provided at the bottom for guiding the insertion direction of the cell in the cell holder.
is provided. Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the cell holder 11 according to this invention has a pair of side plates 12, 12 arranged in parallel, and between these side plates 12, 12, there are a plurality of side plates provided at equal intervals. A plurality of cell storage portions 15, ten in this embodiment, are formed partitioned by a partition plate 13 and a bottom plate 14. In this case, the side walls 12, 12 are provided with a plurality of slits 16 for allowing the laser beam to pass through the respective cell housing portions 15. A pair of guide plates 17, 17 arranged to engage in the guide grooves 2, 2 of the cell 1, and a detection pin 18 for detecting the presence or absence of the cell 1 are provided in each cell storage section 15. These are supported by a support plate 19 located further below the bottom plate 14.
Supported by. That is, the guide plates 17, 17 are strip plates that extend from above the support plate 19, through the sides of the bottom plate 14, and into the cell storage portion 15 in parallel, and their respective tips are bulged outward from each other. The plate spring portions 20, 20 are dogleg-shaped. The detection pin 18 is mounted so as to be vertically movable so as to straddle between a hole 21 bored in the center of the bottom plate 14 and a hole 22 in the support plate 19 coaxially therewith. . In the normal state, it is held so as to protrude into the cell storage part 15 by the spring 23, but when it is pushed downward by the cell 1 inserted into the cell storage part 15, its lower end is the support plate 19
It is designed to protrude from below. Note that, as shown by imaginary lines in FIGS. 3 and 4, the presence of the cell 1 in the center of the transport guide rail 24 of this cell holder 11 causes the support plate 19 to be pushed downward. Protruding detection pin 1
A micro switch 25 is provided to detect 8.

することができる。 According to this cell holder 11, when inserting the cell 1 into the cell storage portion 15, the guide plate 17,
17, a dogleg-shaped plate spring portion 20,
20 fits into the guide grooves 2, 2 of the cell 1 with elastic deformation. Therefore, the cell 1 is firmly held within the cell storage portion 15 by the elastic restoring force of the leaf spring portions 20, 20. On the other hand, the detection pin 18 is pushed downward by the cell 1 against the spring 23 and protrudes from below the support plate 19. As a result, the presence or absence of the cell 1 in the cell storage section 15 can be determined by the detection pin 1.
8 is detected by the micro switch 25. With this micro switch 25,
For example, the dispensing operation of the dispensing machine is controlled, thereby making it possible to prevent dispensing errors in missing portions of the cells 1.

る。 As is clear from the above description of the embodiment, according to this invention, the plate spring 20 that fits into the guide groove 2 of the cell 1 with elastic deformation is formed on the guide plate 17, so that the cell 1 It is firmly fixed within the cell storage section 15 by the leaf spring section 20. Therefore, the cell lock spacer and the like, which have conventionally been provided as an accessory, become unnecessary, and the analyzer can be made smaller and simpler.
