あつた。(Prior art) A furnace in which the inner surface of a metal shell was lined with blanket-like ceramic fibers was developed in 1983.
It has been widely known from the prior art, such as in Publication No. 32136, that when the fiber deteriorates or a high-speed jet burner is used, a large amount of fiber dust is generated, which contaminates the fired product in the furnace. For this reason, in furnaces that are sensitive to dust, a laminated furnace wall structure is adopted in which the inner surface of the ceramic fiber is further lined with ceramic hardboard.
As shown in Figure 3, there is always a seam line at the edge of a metal outer plate, so in a firing furnace that is heated to 1200-1700℃, the seam line between the outer plates is changed due to thermal expansion and contraction. The spacing fluctuated widely, and as a result, the ceramic hardboard was pulled through the anchor pins, resulting in cracks.

A laminated furnace wall structure fixed to the outer panel with a small number of anchor pins penetrating the center of the board, with the seam line at the edge of the outer panel being inside one side of the hardboard and on this side. It is characterized by being located outside of the anchor pins disposed on the peripheral edges of orthogonal sides.

This is a ceramic hardboard with excellent heat insulation and heat resistance that is laminated on the inner surface of the fiber layer 2. Each hardboard 3 has a square or rectangular shape as shown in FIG. is fixed to the inner surface of the A spring 5 is arranged at the end of each anchor pin 4 on the outer plate 1 side, and a ceramic fiber layer 2
It is also preferable to alleviate stress acting on the hardboard 3.

It is fixed by an anchor pin 4. For the convenience of the following explanation, we will focus on the hard board 3 in the center of Figure 1, and its upper side 6.
4a for the anchor pin located on the left side 7, 4b for the anchor pin located on the left side 7, and similarly 4 for the anchor pin located on the lower side 8 and right side 9.
c, 4d, and the center anchor pin is 4e. Note that the number and arrangement of anchor pins 4 are not limited to these.

る。 As shown by the broken lines in Figure 1, each of the outer panels 1 has a finite size, so there is always a seam line 10 at the end of the outer panel 1, taking into account thermal expansion of the steel plate. The seam lines 10 are spaced apart from each other by 5 to 10 mm. Since the anchor pin 4 cannot be erected on the seam line 10, the seam line 10 must be shifted from each side of the hardboard 3. In the present invention, this seam line 10 is
Anchor pins 4b, 4 disposed on sides 7, 9 which are inside one side 6 and perpendicular to this side 6.
It is located on the outside (closer to side 6) than d. Although the vertical seam line 10 is also shown in FIG. 1, it is assumed that the same relationship with the hardboard 3 is established for the horizontal seam line 10 as well.

However, when the ceramic hardboard 3 is compressed, only the partial contact portion is compressed and damaged, and there is no risk of cracking throughout the hardboard. Conversely, when the width of the seam line 10 expands due to contraction of the outer skin 1, the anchor pin 4a attached to the upper outer skin 1 moves upward, and the anchor pin 4a attached to the lower outer skin 1 moves upward. The pins 4d and 4e will move downward, but the anchor pin 4a will move downwards.
Since it is only in contact with the upper side 6 of the hard board 3, even if it moves upward, no force will be exerted on the hard board 3.
The hardboard 3 is only moved downward together with the lower outer panel 1 by the anchor pins 4d and 4e, and is not subjected to any tensile load.

is pulled upward by the anchor bolts 4d and 4b of the upper outer panel 1, and pulled downward by the anchor bolts 4c, 4d, and 4e of the lower outer panel 1 below the center. As a result, a large tensile stress is generated inside the hardboard 3, resulting in cracks.

る。(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, this invention has a ceramic fiber layer and hardboard laminated on the inside of the outer panel, so it has excellent heat insulation and heat resistance. is not exposed in the furnace, so there is no dust scattering. Moreover, according to the present invention, by setting the relative positional relationship between the seam line of the outer panel and the hardboard as described above, it is possible to prevent tensile stress from being generated in the hardboard. According to the experience of the applicant company, the laminated furnace wall structure of the present invention can be used for more than 6 years in a ceramic firing furnace with a maximum temperature of 1300℃. However, there was no generation of dust or cracks on the hardboard.
Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as a stacked furnace wall structure that eliminates the problems of the conventional method.
