生時に第2の切換手段を介して前記回転ヘツドの
回転位相検出器の検出出力を一方の入力とする第
2の位相比較器と、再生コントロール信号を1/
n分周しその出力を前記第2の位相比較器の他方
の入力とする分周器とを備え、前記第2の位相比
較器により、前記回転ヘツドの回転位相検出器の
検出出力と再生コントロール信号を1/n分周し
た出力との位相比較を行ない、その結果の出力を
キヤプスタンモータの速度制御系に印加して回転
ヘツドの回転位相によりキヤプスタンモータの速
