DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention involves rolling a long columnar body (hereinafter simply referred to as a tube rod) in the shape of a tube, rod, or rope using an inclined roll mill, and then rolling it into a coil shape using a winder. This relates to a method of winding the paper. Inclined roll rolling mills are, for example, drilling machines, elongators, or reelers used in seamless steel pipe manufacturing, or planetary cross mills used in steel bar manufacturing, in which the rotation axis of a set of rolls is inclined with respect to the direction in which the material advances, and the material is rolled between the roll sets. This is a general term for rolling mills that perform plastic working by clamping and pressing the material and moving the material forward while rotating due to the rotation of the rolls. In such an inclined roll rolling mill, when the rolls are fixed, the material to be rolled moves forward while rotating like a screw. Because the rolled material is twisted or jumped out of the path,
This rolling method was limited to rolling short and thick products. In order to solve these problems of the inclined roll rolling method, a so-called planetary cross mill has been proposed in which the roll set is not fixed but revolves around the material to be rolled while rotating. It is extremely difficult to eliminate the rotation of the rolled material, and the number of revolutions of the rolled material usually changes as rolling progresses. The present invention involves rolling a tube rod using an inclined roll rolling mill, and winding the tube rod into a coil shape using a winder so that no twist occurs or a predetermined twist occurs on the exit side of the rolling mill. The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing pipes and rods. A second object of the present invention is to shorten the length of the exit table of an inclined roll rolling mill. To explain the present invention in detail, as shown in FIG.
Place. This winding device winds a tube rod 6 around a frame 5 by means of a rotation guide tube 4 rotated by a motor 3. At this time, as shown in Fig. 2, when the forward speed of the tube bar in the inclined roll rolling mill is v (m/s) and its rotation speed is w (rps), the rotation speed n of the rotating guide tube is If the rotation speed w of the tube rod at the exit side of the rolling mill is equal to and in the same direction, and the winding diameter of the long column being wound is D (m), then the rotation speed of the winding frame N (rps) If it is determined by the following formula N=v/πD−n, it is possible to wind up the tube rod without twisting it. The rotation of the winding frame together with its base 7 is effected by a motor 8. Here, if a value different from the value given by the above equation is selected for the rotation speed N of the winding frame, the tube rod will be twisted and wound. In the above formula, the winding diameter D of the long column takes a value that increases as the number of winding layers increases when winding the winding frame multiple times. The method according to the invention is applicable to hot and cold working of rollable materials, such as metals. Diameter 60mm,
A 10m long material is rolled into a diameter by an inclined roll rolling machine.
Table 1 shows trial calculations for the case where the method of the present invention and the case where the method of the present invention is not adopted in the case of rolling to a length of 20 mm and a length of 90 m. In other words, if there is no winder, the length of the exit table will need to be 93m, which is slightly longer than the finished rolling length of 90m, but if you rotate such an ultra-thin rod at 8rps, it will not fly out from the exit table. It is not easy to work in this way, and twisting is inevitable. In the conventional winding method, if the rod is restrained by the winder at a position 3 m from the rolling roll, the 3 m at both ends of the rod will not be twisted, but the 84 m in the center will be almost untwisted.
It will be twisted at 8rps. Even if you wind it in the direction of loosening the twist using the conventional winding method, the entire length
It will twist 3834 times and the rod will probably break. In the method of the present invention, if N is rotated at the value calculated by the above equation, that is, -7.94 rps, no twist will occur in the rod. Here, the negative sign means that the winding frame is rotated in a direction that shortens the winding length. The method of the present invention also reduces the length of the exit table by providing a winder. Conventional planetary cross mills can reduce the number of rotations during bar rolling, but in that case, huge heavy objects including the rolling rolls and their housings must be rolled.
It must rotate at a high speed of 8rps, and is subject to many restrictions in terms of equipment design and operation. Since the rotating part of the winder according to the present invention can be designed to have a weight and rotation radius less than one-tenth of the rotating part of a planetary cross mill, the method according to the present invention is also advantageous for planetary cross mills. Although the above explanation has been made regarding rod-shaped long columns, the same applies to tube-shaped or cord-shaped long columns. Also, the winding device can be replaced with another type. Furthermore, the winding method of the present invention can be used as an unwinding method on the entrance side of the inclined roll rolling mill by directly reversing the winding method. 【table】
