本考案は著しく耐熱性に優れた可繞性ホースに

(従来の技術とその問題点)
従来、熱風等の高温流体の輸送に用いられる屈
曲性に富んだホースとしては種々のものが知られ
ているが、ホースを形成する材質の関係上一定の

連続使用の限界であり、それ以上の高温が作用す
る用途には用いることができない問題点があつ

(問題点を解決するための手段)
本考案は上記の問題点を解決するために考案さ
れたもので、ホース壁を成形加工の容易な合成樹
脂で形成した可繞性ホースであつて、400℃程度
以上で連続使用の可能な超耐熱ホースを提供する
ことを目的としており、この目的達成のため、薄
肉のホース壁とこれを保形補強する金属製コイル
とから成るホースにおいて、該ホース壁をポリイ
ミド樹脂から成りその表面に共重合フツソ樹脂等
のコーテイング材を塗付したフイルムを螺旋状に
捲回して積層すると共に加熱して該コーテイング
材を溶融することにより該フイルム同士を融着さ
せて形成することを技術的手段とするものであ

3とにより形成されている。該ホース壁3を形成

面に予めFEP樹脂がコーテイングされており、
ホース成形後300℃程度に加熱して該コーテイン
グを溶融させて、積層したフイルム4a,4b,
4c同士を融着して薄肉のホース壁3を一体化
し、更にホース壁3とコイル2とを熱融着させて

(考案の作用効果)
以上説明したように、本考案においては、条帯
を螺旋状に捲回して形成する従来と同様の方法に
より形成できる合成樹脂ホースでありながら、そ
のホース壁を合成樹脂中最高の耐熱性を有するポ
リイミド樹脂フイルムを素材として形成したの
で、従来の合成樹脂ホースでは不可能であつた
400℃以上の連続使用にも耐え得る超耐熱性を発
揮することができ、その利用範囲を著しく広める
