良に関するものである。

に示す如く、熱交換器6の流出管1の端部をジヨ

2のフランジ14を湯沸器ケース3にねじ4によ
り固定するなどの構造が多かつた。この構造によ
るとろう付け時の加熱により流出管1が焼きなま
され、強度が弱くなるという欠点が生じ、特に融
着の際はフラツクスの除去が必要であり、そのた
め製造コストも高くなるという欠点があつた。

ジヨイント押え金具にてジヨイントの固定と流出
管の抜け止めとを行なつたものである。

設けたものである。このジヨイント9の両端にそ
れぞれ流出管1と出湯管7がそれらに取付けたパ
ツキン8を介して貫通孔10に挿入され、接続さ
れる。5はジヨイント押え金具でケース3にねじ
4で固定される。そしてこの金具5は上記ジヨイ
ント9の対辺寸法と適合し、折曲形成され、そ
の中央部に流出管1の通る切欠穴13が設けられ
ている。又このジヨイント押え金具5が流出管1
のリブ12と係合し、流出管1を押え、かつジヨ
イント9を湯沸器ケース3に固定するものであ
る。

る。又ジヨイント押え金具5は流出管1を押え込
むと共にジヨイント9の回転、上下方向の動きを
止める働きをする。

止めするのみで組付けることができ、又簡単な形
状のジヨイントを使用するため安価となる効果が
あり、流出管を従来の如く熱することによりぜい
弱となるようなこともなく、作業性を向上し、実
用性を向上するものである。
