本考案はガス瞬間湯沸器の出湯管接続装置の改

従来湯沸器の出湯管接続装置は第１図、第２図
に示す如く、熱交換器６の流出管１の端部をジヨ
イント２にろう付け等で接続固定し、ジヨイント
２のフランジ１４を湯沸器ケース３にねじ４によ
り固定するなどの構造が多かつた。この構造によ
るとろう付け時の加熱により流出管１が焼きなま
され、強度が弱くなるという欠点が生じ、特に融
着の際はフラツクスの除去が必要であり、そのた

り、流出管端部と出湯管の上端部双方にリブを設
け、このリブの先端側には各々パツキンを嵌め、
これらを多角形断面を有するジヨイントの貫通孔

ースの切欠部と係合するスリツト溝を設け、更に
ジヨイント押え金具にてジヨイントの固定と流出

と前記流出管１の端部にリブ１２を設け、このリ
ブ１２の先端側には各々パツキン８を嵌めてい
る。９はジヨイントで多角形断面を有し、外周中
央部にスリツト溝１１と、軸方向に貫通孔１０を
設けたものである。このジヨイント９の両端にそ
れぞれ流出管１と出湯管７がそれらに取付けたパ
ツキン８を介して貫通孔１０に挿入され、接続さ
れる。５はジヨイント押え金具でケース３にねじ
４で固定される。そしてこの金具５は上記ジヨイ
ント９の対辺寸法と適合し、折曲形成され、そ
の中央部に流出管１の通る切欠穴１３が設けられ
ている。又このジヨイント押え金具５が流出管１
のリブ１２と係合し、流出管１を押え、かつジヨ
イント９を湯沸器ケース３に固定するものであ

に挿入する。そして流出管１はジヨイント押え金
具５の切欠穴１３でリブ１２の段部で押圧され
る。又ジヨイント押え金具５は流出管１を押え込
むと共にジヨイント９の回転、上下方向の動きを

ことにより、流出管をジヨイントに挿入し、ねじ
止めするのみで組付けることができ、又簡単な形
状のジヨイントを使用するため安価となる効果が
あり、流出管を従来の如く熱することによりぜい
弱となるようなこともなく、作業性を向上し、実

１端部と出湯管７の上端部双方にリブ１２を設
け、このリブ１２の各管先端側には各々パツキン
８を嵌め、これらを挿入する貫通孔１０を有し、
かつ多角形断面を有するジヨイント９の外周部に
は前記湯沸器ケース３の切欠部と係合するスリツ
ト溝１１を設け、更にジヨイント９の対辺寸法
に合せた曲げを有するジヨイント押え金具５にて
ジヨイント９の固定と流出管１の抜け止めとを行
なつたことを特徴とする湯沸器の出湯管接続装
