中におけるストツパ作用位置を変更しようとした
場合、その変更を容易に行なえないことである。
また例えばケース利用の場合、該ケースの下面が
へこみ状になり易い形状であることから遊転ロー
ラに対して線接触になり、以つてケースの両縁部
を確実に支持し得るに充分なローラ長さが必要と
なる。

実施例と作用 以下、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。この実施例においては、コンベヤ装置をオ
ーダピツキング設備にしようしている。すなわち

部には、空になつた部品収納ケース3を返送する
ための返送コンベヤ装置6が配設してある。また
枠組体5と両棚1との間が作業者空間7となる。
前記コンベヤ装置4は前記枠組体5側に取付けら
れる左右一対の機枠8を有し、これら機枠8間に
多数の遊転ローラ9を配設している。その際に遊
転ローラ9は、そのローラ軸に10に取付けた軸
受11を機枠8の上面側に形成した凹部12に上
方から嵌合させ、そして軸受11の上面に接当可
能な押え部材13をボルトなどにより機枠8に取
付けることによつて、該機枠8側に着脱可能に配
設される。14は遊転ローラ9群に体して下方か
ら接当する駆動ベルトで、駆動装置(図示せず)
により連続駆動される。前記機枠8の下方にブラ
ケツト15を介して左右一対のレール16が配設
され、これらレール16に車輪17を介して支持
案内される可動台18を搬送経路方向に移動可能
に構成している。この可動台18には上向きのシ
リンダ装置(昇降駆動装置の一例)19が取付け
られ、そのピストンロツド20には正面視〓形の
昇降体21が取付けてある。この昇降体21の両
端には、正面視〓形のストツパ22の両下端が共
通のピン23を介して連結され、その際にピン2
3は抜出自在でその抜出により両者21,22は
分離し得る。両機枠8の内面には、前記ストツパ
22の両側が内嵌するガイド体24が配設され、
これらガイド体24は機枠8に対して固定形式で
も着脱型式であつてもよい。25は高速遊転ロー
ラで、前記ストツパ22の作用位置の後面後方に
配設される。すなわち前記凹部12に上方から嵌
合自在な軸受26を、そのローラ軸27の両端に
装着してなる芯筒体28を設け、この芯筒体28
の下面を前記駆動ベルト14の上面に接当自在と
している。そして芯筒体28には左右一対のゴム
ローラ29が外嵌固定され、このゴムローラ29
は駆動ベルト14をさけて左右に振分けられ、ま
た夫々の外端は機枠8の内側面に充分に接近させ
ている。ここで芯筒体28は遊転ローラ9よりも
小径に、またゴムローラ29は遊転ローラ9より
も大径に設定してある。30は駆動ベルト14の
下面を受ける上位受けローラ、31は下位受けロ
ーラ、32はオーダピツキング用のケース、第2

を変更しようとする位置にまで移動させたのち該
位置にストツパを上方から組込んでピンにて連結
することによつて、容易に且つ確実に行なうこと
ができる。さらに高速遊転ローラはストツパ側と
別体であることから、高速送り作用を行なう大径
部を機枠に充分に近付けた長尺のものにでき、し
たがつて被搬送物の下面が例えばへこみ状など変
形していたとしても良好に支持(接触)し得、間
隔の発生(分離)は安定して且つより確実に行な
うことができる。また高速遊転ローラの駆動ベル
トによる駆動力調整は、独立構成によつて容易に
且つ希望にそうべく行なうことができる。
