Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the layout of an artificial sod block and the maintenance thereof by laying out combined artificial sod blocks as unit blocks sequently without making any space on the surface of a block provided with permeability. CONSTITUTION:An artificial sod block 9 consisting of lawn hairs 6 planted on a rubber substrate 5 with a better permeability is combined on the surface of a permeable block 8 to form a sod block body 7. The sod block bodies 7 are sequently laid out without making any space on a finished plane-like ground, and the artificial sod is completed. According to the constitution, in case of repairing, specific parts necessary for repairing can be only replaced by new sod blocks, and besides permeability can be increased.
