At the bottom, at least one of the two melts or sublimates and comes into close contact with the other, causing a reaction and color development.

Uniform coating will not be possible. As a result, the heat-sensitive layer formed on the support causes mottling, smearing, matte appearance, etc., resulting in an unfavorable appearance and uneven density in the thermally colored image. A clear recording pattern cannot be obtained.

Furthermore, aromatic petroleum solvents with dissolving power dissolve leuco dyes and develop color, resulting in a fogging phenomenon. For this reason, the printing effect is poor, clear thermal recording cannot be obtained, and when the thermal head is slid on the thermal layer, there is a lot of adhering residue, making it unusable.
Usually, what is called petroleum has a wide range, and includes petroleum ether (BP 20-60°C penkune, hexane), ligroin, light naphtha (BP 60-120°C hexane, heptane), Kallin (BP 4.0-205°C) , kerosene (B
It is a general term for gas oil (BP 175-325°C), gas oil (BP 275°C or higher), etc., and such chain hydrocarbons have low solubility and are not sufficient as vehicles. In addition, in general, some industrial grade oils contain naphthenic residues due to the W-curve properties of 1J petroleum.
250°C) What is broadly called 7-tene petroleum contains aromatic M hydrocarbons such as Hensen, toluene, and xylene, and it is said that the content is as high as 40% by weight.

However, considering the actual demand, the heat-sensitive coloring layer is
It is not necessary to apply a coat over the surface, but pattern printing is often necessary, and from an economic standpoint, it is not preferable to coat unnecessary areas.

Because it is used repeatedly, it is possible to provide a tough film that can completely withstand the sliding friction of a high-temperature thermal head even if it is thick or thin.Furthermore, it has good fluidity and excellent printability, and can be printed quickly. It is necessary to satisfy the characteristics of not drying by evaporation.
