The device 1 of the present invention includes a spinning die 3 having a concave portion 2 for forming a strap, a container 4 for injecting molten lead into the concave portion 2, and a servo motor 5 as a means for controlling the inclination angle of the container 4. It is equipped with The servo motor 5 is connected to the container 4 by a connecting shaft 6. Since the servo motor 5 can change the rotation angle in units of '/100 degrees, the inclination angle of the container 4 can also be controlled with the same precision. In addition, the container 4 is a molten lead furnace (

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional side view of the main part during injection of molten lead into the recessed part of the mold using the apparatus of the present invention. First, the molten lead 9 prepared in the molten lead furnace (not shown) is pumped into the container 4. At this time, by tilting the container 4 at a certain inclination angle, a certain amount of molten lead 9 can be pumped into the container 4. Since the inclination angle of the container 4 can be controlled in units of 1/100 degrees by the servo motor 5, variations in the amount of molten lead 9 in the container 4 can be kept within a range of ±12. Next, the container 4 is brought into a horizontal state and moved to the upper part of the concave portion 2 of the mold 3 (FIGS. 1 and 2). Next, tilt the container 4 and pour the molten lead 9 into the concave part 2 of the mold 3 (
Figure 3). At this time, a certain amount of molten lead 9 can be injected into the recess 2 by tilting the container 4 at a certain inclination angle as described above.
