Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily replace a process kit without adding any component specially by turning on an existent light irradiating means and lighting the inside of the device when a cover is opened and the process kit is detached. CONSTITUTION:When the cover 13 is opened, a 1st sensor 10 detects that and when the process kit 9 is detached from the cover 13, a 2nd sensor 12 detects that; when their detection signals are inputted to a lighting control part 17, the control part 17 drives the light irradiating means 3 to light the inside of the device. The means 3 illuminates the inside of the device and the replacement of the process kit 9 is facilitated. Further, when the cover 13 is closed without mounting the kit 9, the means 3 turns off.
