When pouring a concrete slab in a concrete building, in order to form through holes for pipes and other objects in the slab in advance, a void a is erected and fixed on the top of formwork A as shown in Figure 2, and the concrete is placed in a fixed state. You can now type B. In this case, it will be easier to level the surface of the concrete after it is poured, and if the through holes are formed immediately after the slab work is completed and the formwork A is removed, rain will not come through the through holes during rainy days. Since there is a risk of damage caused by debris entering the concrete slab and falling downstairs, the height of the void a is made lower than the height of the concrete slab B, and the upper surface of the void a is covered by pouring.

Therefore, in order to prevent concrete from being filled into the void a during pouring, conventional methods have been to fill the void a with filler, to close the void by crushing the upper part of the void a, or to close it by pasting adhesive tape. This prevented concrete from entering. However, even in this case, it is important to avoid damage caused by the filling filled inside being taken out before concrete pouring, by being crushed and falling due to other equipment work, or by concrete entering due to damage to the adhesive tape. In addition, void a is completely hidden by concrete pouring, making it impossible to confirm its position from the outside. For this reason, when constructing scaffolding on a slab, the pedestal may accidentally fall into void a. There was a danger that the concrete layer would collapse and the top concrete layer would collapse, causing the scaffold to collapse.Furthermore, there was uncertainty as to whether the void a would be maintained in a fixed position after the concrete was placed.

In the drawings, 1 indicates a void lid according to the present invention,
As for the material, a synthetic resin having an appropriate hardness is convenient for manufacturing, but other suitable materials other than resin can also be used, and the lid body 1 is manufactured to have a diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the void a. A protrusion 2 inscribed in the mouth of the void a is formed on the back surface thereof. In the illustrated example, the protrusion 2 is formed of an annular wall inscribed in the mouth of the void, but a plurality of protrusions 2 may be arranged and provided protrudingly on the circumference. A rod-shaped elastic protrusion 3 of an appropriate length is provided protruding from the center of the surface of the lid 1. In the illustrated example, it is formed integrally with the lid 1 from synthetic resin to take advantage of the elasticity of that material. It's okay.

As shown in Fig. 2, this lid is attached by fitting a protrusion 2 into the opening of a void a which is set upright by driving a nail c or the like into a fixed position on the formwork A. The concrete is used to close the void a to a height where the tip of the rod-shaped elastic protrusion 3 of the lid is exposed for an appropriate length.
embed and cast to form slab B. When the lid according to the present invention is applied to the mouth of the void a to close it, the protrusion 2 on the back side is inscribed in the mouth of the void a, so that the mouth of the void which is distorted can be maintained in its normal shape, and the lid can be made of concrete. The shape of the void a is maintained without collapsing even after pouring, and since the lid body 1 is approximately the same size as the outer diameter of the void a, the lid can be easily removed by removing the slab layer covering the top surface of the void a. The through hole can be exposed through the hole, and since the tip of the bar-shaped elastic protrusion 3 on the surface is exposed from the top surface of the slab B even after concrete is poured, the position of the void a can be easily determined from the outside using this as a marker. Furthermore, since the projecting piece 3 has elasticity, it immediately returns to its upright position without breaking even if it is stepped on, and even during troweling work to smoothen the surface of concrete after pouring, it falls freely and then stands up again. Therefore, if the projecting piece 3 is colored, if necessary, it will not cause any trouble, and it will have an excellent effect such as being able to identify the through-holes for different uses due to the voids a.
