In Fig. 4, 1 is a coaxial connector with a characteristic impedance of 60Ω, 2 is a case that prevents leakage of electromagnetic waves from inside, and the tip of the coaxial connector 1 and the hollow part of the case 2 are also used as a coaxial line 3 with a characteristic impedance of 60Ω. Only the center conductor 4 protrudes inside the case 2. Further, the dielectric substrate 6 is soldered onto a sub-board 6 made of a metal plate,
It is fixed together with the sub-board 6 to the case 2 with screws or the like. The microwave integrated circuit, which is composed of a microstrip line on a dielectric substrate 6, has a coaxial line 3 up to the input section.
It is extended by a microstrip line 7 having the same characteristic impedance of 50Ω, and is connected to the center conductor 4 of the coaxial connector 1. However, the dielectric substrate 3 is made of a ceramic material with a low thermal shrinkage rate, and the case '2 is made of metal.
There is a difference in thermal contraction rate between the microstrip line 7 and the sub-board 6, and a large stress is generated between the center conductor 4 of the coaxial connector and the microstrip line 7 with a characteristic impedance of 60Ω. The strength between the strip line 7 and the dielectric substrate 3 is not sufficient.

A matching circuit is provided by connecting microstrip lines having a characteristic impedance lower than the coaxial line before and after the microstrip line, and the matching circuit is soldered to the center conductor of the coaxial line.

Solder connections between conductors and microstrip lines also reduce delamination due to thermal stress.

In that case, if it is soldered to the center conductor 4 of the coaxial connector 1 without going through the matching circuit 11, the
When a heat cycle test at ℃ was performed, the conductor pattern definitely peeled off. On the other hand, when the conductor pattern area is large, the adhesive strength between the conductor surface and the dielectric substrate increases.
Although this has been confirmed experimentally, there is a problem in that the characteristic impedance becomes low. However, when considering the application of the present invention to 0-band microwave equipment, for example, if the usage band is limited to 12.5GH2 to 13.5GH2, the size of the matching circuit 11 is w, = 1.6M.
