Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent deformation, damage, and to improve an external appearance by covering a thin plate made of noble metal with a transparent protective film to be reinforced. CONSTITUTION:A thin plate 1 having 0.005-0.3mm of thickness and made of noble metal or alloy of noble metal is covered with a transparent protective film 3. The film 3 is made of resin such as acryl or the like, composed of a resin film 3a covering one side face of the plate 1 and a resin film 3b covering the other side face, the plate 1 is inserted therebetween, and edges thereof are adhered to each other. Thus, a contamination, a deformation, a damage can be prevented, and a decorative article having a relatively wide area and a good external appearance can be provided even with several grams of noble metal.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] "Industrial Application Field" This invention applies to precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum, which can be easily used as souvenirs and gifts, and which also have decorative value. This invention relates to card-shaped thin-walled precious metal composite plates mainly composed of.

Incidentally, in recent years, as gold has become more popular, the units in which it is handled have become smaller and it has come to be bought and sold in duram units. However, such small amounts of gold pressed into coins and medals with a certain thickness are very small and unattractive, making them less effective as souvenirs or gifts. There was a problem.

Therefore, it may be possible to roll the gold ingot into a thin plate, and then mark the surface of the plate by engraving or other means to add patterns or letters depending on the purpose.

In this case, for example, if 3.0 g of gold is rolled out to a thickness of 60 μm, it will be about the size of a business card, and will have a sufficiently attractive appearance, making it suitable for souvenirs and the like because the patterns and letters are easy to distinguish.

``Problems to be Solved by the Invention'' However, as mentioned above, thin plates made by rolling gold ingots to a thickness of several tens of micrometers have low strength and are easily deformed or damaged.
Even if markings are made on the surface of thin plates, it is practically impossible to use them as souvenirs in the form of cards, gifts, etc. ``Means for solving the problem'' In order to solve this problem, the present invention covers a thin plate made of a noble metal or an alloy of noble metals with a thickness of 1,005 to 0.3 H with a transparent protective film. If the thickness is less than 0.3 tam, it will be difficult to manufacture the thin plate due to rolling technology, and the thin plate will be easily damaged when marking, and if the plate thickness exceeds 0.3 tam, the area will be small for a gold ingot weighing a few grams. It ends up looking unattractive.

"Function" In the thin precious metal composite plate of the present invention, a thin plate made of a noble metal or an alloy of precious metals is coated with a transparent protective film, and the thin plate is reinforced by this protective film, so that deformation and breakage can be prevented. Therefore, even if the precious metal weighs only a few grams, it is possible to provide an attractive ornament with a relatively large area (about the size of a business card).

Embodiment FIGS. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of a thin precious metal composite plate of the present invention, and in the figures, reference numeral 1 indicates a thin plate. This thin plate 1 is made by repeatedly rolling a gold ingot with a purity of 99.99% or higher to a thickness of 60 μm, and cutting it into business card-sized pieces (weight: 3°Og).

One side of this thin plate 1 is stamped with letters, symbols, etc.
Marking 2 such as a pattern is applied. At the location engraved by this stamp, the thin plate 1 becomes thinner, and marking 2 appears due to this, but the thickness is 60 μm.
If it is m, there will be no holes and the aesthetics will not be spoiled. For engraving, any figure, pattern, character, portrait, or certification mark can be added to the thin plate l by using a suitable punch.

Although there are no particular restrictions on the content displayed on the thin plate 1, it is appropriate to include the material, grade, weight, etc. of the precious metal as part of the display, and these should be given for each purpose of the product. Further, the resin film 3b covers the other surface of the thin plate 1, thereby preventing dirt from adhering to this surface and reinforcing the thin plate 1. As shown in FIG. 4, a pictogram 4 consisting of an opaque portion is provided on the back surface of this resin 1113b, that is, the surface that is joined to the other surface of the thin plate 1. This emoji 4 is
The image is drawn by an appropriate method such as paint application, relief engraving, etching, or a combination of these methods, but since it is visually observed from the surface side of the resin film 3b, it is drawn as a so-called mirror image. Further, the opaque part may be used as the pictogram 4 part, the background part of the pictogram, or the pictogram part may be manipulated to expose gold in that part. The content of the pictographs displayed on the resin film 3b is not particularly limited, but for example, in the case of wedding favors, different displays are often displayed for each ordered lot, such as the names of the bride and groom. but,
Since this display is not displayed on the thin plate 1 but on the resin film 3b, it goes without saying that the production of a wide variety of nails can be carried out relatively easily.

According to the thin precious metal composite plate having the above structure, the thin plate 1 is covered and reinforced with the protective film 3 (resin films 3 a, 3 b), so that it does not get damaged during transportation or manual transfer. This prevents the thin plate 1 from being bent, the product value is not impaired, and the thin plate 1 is prevented from getting dirty.

In addition, since the pictographs 4 are applied to the back side of the resin film 3b, which is the joint surface with the thin plate 1, the pictographs 4 may peel off during conveyance or manual transportation. Will not change color.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, and the thin noble metal composite plate shown in this figure has a structure in which the above-mentioned markings 2 are applied to a resin film 3a constituting a protective film 3. In this case, the content to be displayed on the thin plate 1 may be displayed on the resin film 3a, and there is little need to stamp the thin plate 1.

In the thin precious metal composite plate having such a structure, the pictograms 7 having an uneven shape stand out on one surface (one surface of the protective film 6), so the pictograms 7 appear three-dimensional, and are even decorative. Since the plate 5 itself appears to stand out against the gold color background, a better decorative effect can be obtained.
