Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an inconvenience such as a displaced mixture of air as well as an influence over a combustion in a burner when air is mixed with combustion gas by a method wherein an air feeding pipe having a plurality of air injection holes is passed through a circumferential surface of each of fins to constitute an air blower. CONSTITUTION:A combustion box 1 has a heat exchanger 4 having several thermal absorption fins 3 through which a water-through pipe 2a passes and a full primary burner 5. An air blower device 9 is composed of an air feeding pipe 11 passes through some heat absorbing fins 3a of a water-through pipe 2a and having some rows of a plurality of air injection holes at its circumferential surface. Air fed by a fan 12 is injected and air is mixed into a space 13 around a secondary heat exchanger 4b where a drain is easily produced. At this time, combustion gas within the space 13 is diluted to decrease a dew point, resulting in that the heat exchanger 4 may not generate any drain at all. In addition, the air feeding pipe 11 is cooled by water contained in the water-through pipe 2a and no over-heating is performed.

The heat exchanger 4 includes a primary heat exchanger 4a close to the burner 5;
It is a two-stage heat exchanger type consisting of a secondary heat exchanger 4b separated from the burner 5, and has a configuration in which the water sent from the primary heat exchanger 4a side is converted into hot water by the water passing vibe 2 and sent out. In this case, - the heat absorption fins 3a of the fire heat exchanger 4a
The intervals between the heat absorbing fins 3a of the secondary heat exchanger 4b are made coarser. This is mainly due to CO from secondary combustion.
This method is used to reduce the amount of heat absorbed by the primary heat exchanger 4a.

In this case, the combustion gas in the space 13 is diluted and its dew point temperature can be lowered below the surface temperature of the secondary heat exchanger 4b, so that no drainage occurs in the heat exchanger 4. At this time, the air introduction pipe 11 is mainly cooled by the water in the water pipe 2a of the primary heat exchanger 4a and is not overheated.

In the above-described embodiment, the air introducing vibrator 11 was positioned directly above the water passing vibrator 2a as shown in FIG. 3, but as shown in FIG. You can let me. Comparing the two, the one in Figure 3 has a slight advantage in terms of drain prevention, and the one in Figure 4 has a slight advantage in terms of thermal efficiency.
The one shown in the figure is advantageous.

Furthermore, in the embodiment described above, the fan 6 that supplies primary air to the burner 5 and the fan 12 of the air supply device 9 are separate, but as shown in FIG. If a distribution mechanism 14 is provided to guide a part of the fan to the air introduction vibrator 11, a single common fan can be used.

FIG. 16 and FIG. 7 show another embodiment. In this case, the air introduction vibes 11 are provided in parallel to make it easier for air to flow toward the tip side, and the tip 11a is connected to the exhaust port 1a. An opening/closing means 15 is provided in the middle. In addition, the heat exchanger 4 has its heat absorbing fins 3 composed of long fins 31 and short fins 32, and the long fins 31 and short fins 32 are arranged so that the long fins 31 and the short fins 32 are placed on the burner 5 side. The side where the fins are closely spaced is defined as the downstream side.

According to this, air is always kept flowing through the air introduction vibrator 11, the opening/closing means 15 is closed when air from the air outlet IO is needed, and the opening/closing means 15 is closed when air is not so much needed.
5 is opened to discharge air mainly to the exhaust port 1a. In this case, overheating of the air introducing vibrator 11 can be prevented, and when air is not needed, the opening/closing means 15 can be opened to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas from the exhaust port 1a.

The above description has been about prevention of drainage, but by mixing air in this way, it is possible to prevent the water in the water pipe 2 of the heat exchanger 4 from boiling, and therefore it is possible to prevent noise caused by the bursting of air bubbles. Furthermore, when the flame intensity of the burner 5 is reduced, the thermal efficiency increases and the capacity range cannot be widened, but by mixing air, the thermal efficiency can be lowered, and therefore the hot water output capacity can be adjusted over a wide range. . Furthermore, white smoke can be prevented.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the air supply device for mixing air to dilute the combustion gas is installed through the fins of the heat exchanger, and a plurality of air jet holes are arranged in a row on the circumferential surface. Since it is configured with an air introduction pipe, air can be mixed into the desired location, and when air is mixed into the combustion gas as in the conventional device described above, it does not affect the combustion of the burner or the air may be mixed in unevenly.
