Some kerosene stoves have an auxiliary cartridge tank attached to the oil tank to facilitate refueling. However, when refueling an auxiliary tank with oil stored in a cold place and bringing it into a heated room and attaching it to the oil tank, the vapor pressure of the oil in the auxiliary tank may increase due to an increase in ambient temperature, or the volume of oil may increase. Due to this increase, oil in the auxiliary tank can rapidly flow into the oil tank, and this phenomenon has been known for a long time. As a countermeasure for this, the upper space of the oil tank is made wider so that even if a large amount of oil flows into the oil tank, it will not overflow.

By the way, when the cap valve opens, the pressurized oil in the auxiliary tank is ejected from the opening of the cap valve, causing large waves in the oil level in the oil tank, causing the oil tank to overflow and the air vent to leak. Oil stains occur due to such reasons, and the upper space of the oil tank had to be made larger than necessary. In addition, in the structure in which air is sucked into the auxiliary tank from between the cap and the saucer, which communicate with the outside air during normal use, in order to prevent water and dirt from entering the saucer on which the auxiliary tank cap is attached, a filter or other oil filter is used. If the cap valve has a structure that makes it difficult for air to enter the oil tank by attaching substances that impede passage or by making the air vent hole that communicates the saucer and oil tank smaller to shorten the extinguishing time, the cap valve may open. Therefore, when the oil in the auxiliary tank is ejected to the receiving tray, the oil in the auxiliary tank may not flow smoothly into the oil tank, and may overflow from the receiving tray.

In the past, the size of the oil tank was determined by considering these issues, and the size of the air vent and the size and nature of the filter mesh were determined, but it was difficult to satisfy all of them.

It's in close contact. In addition, the opening of the cap valve 2 is covered with a cushion material 7 to form a space in front of the opening of the cap valve 2, and the area around the opening of the cap valve 2 is in the same condition as the conventional product without the cushion material 7. Air flows into the auxiliary tank 1 and oil flows out from the auxiliary tank 1 in the same manner as in conventional products.

A water-repelling filter 11 attached to the outlet 10 prevents water from flowing into the oil tank 4 even if water gets mixed with the oil in the auxiliary tank 1. In addition, the cushion material 7 cannot achieve almost the same filtration performance as the filter 11 with the material of this invention, but even if the cap 3 and the saucer 5 are in close contact, there is a gap between the material and the gap between the saucer 5 and the cap 3. It is possible to supply air communicating with the outside air into the auxiliary tank 1 without causing an airlock, and by using the oil in the oil tank 4, the amount of oil used from the auxiliary tank 1 can be supplemented.

In the oil tank configured as described above, when the cartridge auxiliary tank 1 is filled with oil stored in a cold place and brought into a heated room and attached to the saucer 5 of the oil tank 1, the oil will drop due to the influence of the ambient temperature. The auxiliary tank 1, whose internal pressure has increased due to volume expansion and changes in vapor pressure, rapidly pushes out the oil in the auxiliary tank 1 to the receiving tray 5 of the oil tank 4 when the valve 2 opens. However, in this invention, since the cushion material 7 is interposed in the flow path from the opening of the cap valve 2 to the oil tank 4, the cushion material 7 is inserted even immediately after opening the cap valve 2 of the auxiliary tank 1, where the internal pressure is high. 7, the flow rate of oil flowing from the outlet 10 of the saucer 5 to the oil tank 4 is suppressed, and even when the oil is about to overflow from between the saucer 5 and the cap 3, this flow rate is suppressed and the oil in the saucer 5 is suppressed. There is almost no rise in the oil level, and even if the oil level does rise, it will rise very slowly and the oil will not immediately overflow from the saucer 5.

On the other hand, since the passage 9 is provided in the cushion material 7 facing the outlet 10, even if the filter 11 becomes clogged, some of the oil in the auxiliary tank 1 will not pass through the cushion material 7 but will flow through the passage 9. oil tank 4
As a result, the flow resistance of the oil that tends to overflow from between the saucer 5 and the cap 3 is greater than the flow resistance of the oil toward the oil tank 4, and the oil is pushed out from the saucer 5 without overflowing from the oil tank 4. The oil can flow into the oil tank 4 without flowing into the oil tank 4.

As described above, in this invention, the flow rate from the auxiliary tank 1 to the oil tank 4 is suppressed by the action of the cushion material 7, and the oil in the auxiliary tank 1 is pushed out slowly into the oil tank 4. Even if an auxiliary tank filled with oil stored in a cold place is used, the oil level in the oil tank 4 will rise slowly, and there is no need to make the upper space of the oil tank 4 larger than necessary. The size has become smaller.

Furthermore, in the past, when using the auxiliary tank 1 that had been stored in a cold place and refilled with oil, the problem would occur that the oil would overflow from the saucer 5 within a moment even when the filter 11 was attached. The flow velocity was suppressed, and this problem was resolved.

Therefore, this idea is based on the size of the oil tank 4 and the saucer 5.
The settings of the outflow port 10 and air vent hole 12 provided in the auxiliary tank 1 can now be freely determined regardless of the initial flow rate extruded from the auxiliary tank 1, which is a practical idea that creates leeway in the design and widens the range of applications. .
