Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the overflow of water by stopping a water feeding means and suspending the case of a detergent when a water level, which is lower than the overflowing water level by prescribed quantity, is detected, announcing abnormality to the user by an announcing means and stopping the proceeding of washing. CONSTITUTION:When the detergent of prescribed quantity is put in a washing machine main body 6 by a detergent inputting means 5, water feeding is continued by a water feeding means 16 while the detergent is inputted so that the detergent can not be remained on a water feeding route 17. When the washing is started in a condition that the water is fed near the overflowing water level for the washing machine main body 6 in advance, the water feeding is started according to the inputting of the detergent. When the water level is detected to be lower than the overflowing water level by the prescribed quantity by a water level detecting means 18, the water feeding means 16 is stopped by a control means 14 and the proceeding of the washing is stopped. Then, the announcing means is driven and the abnormality is announced to the user. Thus, the overflowing out of the washing machine 6 is prevented in advance.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, fully automatic washing machines that automatically perform a series of washing, rinsing, and dehydrating processes have become popular. More recently, fully automatic washing machines have been developed that use sensors to automatically determine the amount of laundry and supply water to the amount optimal for that amount. However, just like in regular washing machines, detergent is manually added by measuring it with a measuring cup or other device, which is not only inefficient but also may result in too much or too little detergent. Automation is desired.

On the other hand, as a detergent injection device, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-50569
Those disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-60482 are known. These are equipped with a detergent injection mechanism using an impeller, screw conveyor, etc. at the bottom of a container that stores detergent, and these are manually rotated to meter out the detergent. In addition, in order to automatically add the appropriate amount of detergent depending on the amount of water, it is also possible to automatically drive the dosing device. In these automated detergent dispensing devices, the amount of detergent dispensed is generally adjusted by controlling the drive time or speed of an impeller, screw conveyor, etc. in order to automatically dispense the appropriate amount. In addition, in order to prevent discoloration and deterioration of the clothes due to direct contact with the detergent, the detergent dispensing means 3 also dispenses detergent onto the water supply path 2 of the water supply means 1, as shown in FIG. It is considered that the detergent 4 is dissolved in water and then added.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In a washing machine configured to automatically dispense detergent as described above, the time required to dispense detergent is usually set to be shorter than the time required to supply water, and detergent may continue to be dispensed even after water supply is complete. This prevents detergent from remaining on the water supply path. However, in the case where water has already been supplied, for example, when water is supplied by a bath pump or the like, water is not supplied and only detergent is added, resulting in detergent remaining on the water supply path. Therefore, in order to avoid this, water supply is continued while detergent is being added even if the required water level has been reached. However, in such a washing machine, even if water has been supplied in advance and the drain hose is clogged or forgotten to be turned down, water will be supplied to add detergent, resulting in overflow. There was a problem with putting it away.

Operation With the above configuration, when water has been supplied to the washing machine up to the overflow water level in advance, washing starts and detergent is added, and water is supplied at this time, but when the water level detection means detects a water level below the overflow water level by a predetermined amount. 1. The control means stops the water supply means and drives the notification means to notify the user of the washing machine of the abnormality and urge him or her to remove the cause of the abnormality. Also, by notifying the user and stopping the progress of washing, water overflow from the washing machine is prevented.

16 is a drainage hose. 16 is a water supply means, 17 is a water supply route, and a detergent injection means 6 is provided on the water supply route 17. 18 is a water level detection means for detecting the amount of water in the tank 19, and 2o is an LE provided on the top surface of the main body 6.
Notifying means such as D, 21 is a washing and dehydrating tank inside the tank 19. The control means 14 controls each of the means. In other words, the amount of water at standard water level is 6of! For the minimum water supply time of about 2 minutes, the detergent supply time of the detergent supply means 6 is set to 1 minute, and detergent supply is usually completed during water supply, so that no detergent remains on the water supply path 17. There is.

In addition, in order to prevent the detergent from accumulating on the water supply path 17, when the water supply time to the required water level is short and the detergent injection time is longer, such as when water is already supplied with a pass pump etc. We plan to continue supplying water. moreover,
In this embodiment, when the water level detection means 1a detects a water level (a preset water level) below a predetermined amount from the overflow water level at which water overflows from the tank 19 during detergent injection, that is, water supply, the water supply means 16 is stopped; The notification means 20 is driven and further the progress of washing is stopped.

In a washing machine configured as described above, even if water has been supplied in advance and the drain hose 16 is clogged or the drain hose 15 is forgotten to be turned down (the state shown in Fig. 1, 16'), the water supply for adding detergent is not completed. Therefore, even if the water level rises,
When the water level reaches a predetermined amount below the overflow water level, water supply can be stopped and an abnormality can be notified. This makes it possible to remind the user of the washing machine to be careful about cleaning and folding the drain hose, and to prevent water from overflowing.
