【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、弾性材料にて形成された摩擦車を用
いた微動装置に関し、投影検査器の回転スクリー
ンを微動回転する場合等に用いられるものであ
る。

従来の投影検査器に用いられている回転スクリ
ーンの微動装置を第1図と第2図にて説明する。
第1図において回転枠2は回転スクリーン3を保
持しており、図示なきボールベアリング等の公知
の手段により、固定枠1に回転可能に支持されて
いる。回転枠2の回転角は、回転枠2に刻まれた
角度目盛2aと、固定枠1に固着された副尺4の
バーニア目盛4aによつて読み取ることが可能で
ある。ハンドル5の回転により、回転枠2は微動
する。クランプねじ6はハンドル5の図示なき回
転軸を固定する。第2図は第1図のA―A′矢視
断面図であつて微動ハンドル部の断面を主として
示す図である。
