(発明の構成) 本発明の構成は機台に固定した固定側金型を取
り付ける固定盤と可動側金型を取り付ける可動盤

締装置と金型キヤビテイに2種類の溶融樹脂を射
出する装置において、第1加熱筒内孔から連通す
る第1樹脂通路と第2加熱筒内孔から連通する第
2樹脂通路とをそれぞれ連通させたノズル本体を
設け、該ノズル本体内孔に小径部と大径部とを備
え小径部により円環状の第2空所を設けるように
して進退可能に挿嵌した内部ノズルを設け、該内
部ノズル内に円環状の第1空所を設けるようにし
且つ該内部ノズルの先端孔を後退限度によつて開
放又は前進限度によつて遮断するように挿嵌し弁
捧を設け、第1樹脂通路と第1空所とを連通又は
遮断させるために該内部ノズルの大径部に設けた
連通孔を設け、第2樹脂通路に該内部ノズルの小
径部を位置させ第2空所とを連通させ該内部ノズ
ルの大径部を位置させることによつて第2樹脂通
路を遮断するようにし且つ該内部ノズルの前進限
度を決めるストツパーを設けたシリンダを設けた
ことを特長とする2層射出成形機にある。
