Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable simple production of paving material useful for promenades, floor material in building and the like, by arranging wooden pieces upright in a mold frame, charging a molten synthetic resin into a mold for curing removing cured product from the mold and cutting the product into respective sheet articles having an adequate thickness. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of wood pieces 13 each having prismatic or cylindrical shape are disposed in upright state within a frame which serves as a mold. A space formed between the respective wood pieces 13 is filled with curable synthetic resin 33. After completion of curing, the composite article composed of wood pieces and resin is removed from the mold and cut to form individual sheet-like materials having an adequate thickness. This enables an economical and simplified production of floor material suitable for promenades, park ways, buildings and the like.

(Prior Art) It has long been well known that a large number of square or round timbers are laid vertically in parallel and used for sidewalks and the like. However, the work of laying this wood one by one on site was difficult. Therefore, recently, a construction method has been devised and implemented in which a plurality of 9 or 16 strands, for example, are set up in advance in a factory and the erected foundations are laid one after the other. .

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The above-mentioned conventional construction method in which laying materials made by standing up and fixing a plurality of timbers on a base are laid in sequence has the advantage that on-site work is easy; The base was made of synthetic resin, and a frame was created in which each piece of wood was fitted, and the pieces of wood fitted into the frame were fixed with screws. Therefore, it takes time and effort to produce the laying material in the factory, resulting in a relatively high cost.

FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention that is suitable for use on sidewalks or promenades in parks and the like. That is, in this embodiment, a piece of wood consisting of nine square pieces having the same length and width is used. In the figure, 1°1... are made of these square pieces of wood, standing side by side with a slight gap of 2°2. These nine pieces of wood are hardened at the bottom by a synthetic resin hardening material 3. That is, the base is constituted by this synthetic resin solidified material. In the lower part of each of the pieces of wood 1.1, there is formed a groove 4 which widens at the back as shown in FIG. It is. Further, the base made of the synthetic resin solidified material 3 is provided with engaging members 5 and 6 that connect with adjacent laying materials.

In order to manufacture a laying material using this formwork material, the surrounding frame is fixed on the bottom plate 20 as described above, the wood 1.1 is penetrated into each hole of the frame member 27, and the wood 1.1 is inserted into the surrounding frame. 23, the frame is further housed, a top plate 29 is applied, and the whole is turned over, a gap is formed between the bottom plate 20 and the wood 1, and a gap is formed between each piece of wood in the portion located above the frame member 27. A gap is formed between. Therefore, by press-fitting a molten synthetic resin material through the press-fitting hole 21 of the bottom plate 20 located on the upper surface, it becomes a solidifying material 3 for integrating and solidifying each piece of wood.
