(Prior Art) As shown in FIG. 3, as one means of transmitting the rotation of the rotating driving shaft B and driven shaft C,
A rotating clutch is used that utilizes the frictional force caused by the pressure contact between the friction plate 5 and the mating plate 6. Pressure contact between the friction plate 5 and the mating plate 6 is often performed by a protruding movement of a hydraulic piston 4 connected to a hydraulic pump P via an operating hydraulic circuit 3. In such a case, the seal portion S such as the seal ring 2 is lubricated by utilizing the leakage of hydraulic oil from the seal S portion of the rotating shaft of the hydraulic hydraulic circuit 3.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when the clutch is operated, that is, when pressure oil is acting on the hydraulic piston 4, hydraulic oil is present in the hydraulic circuit 3, so the above-mentioned seal part S can be lubricated, but when the clutch is not operating, the lubrication is performed by the hydraulic oil remaining in the hydraulic circuit 3 after the switching valve V, so if the remaining hydraulic oil is consumed, lubrication will no longer occur. . As a result, problems such as wear of the seal portion S of the rotating shaft such as a seal ring and an increase in rotational resistance have occurred.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The rotary clutch seal lubrication mechanism according to the present invention is a rotary clutch that transmits rotation by press-contacting a friction plate and a mating plate with a hydraulic piston. An operating hydraulic circuit is formed from the fixed part to the rotating shaft, and a seal part provided around the fixed part and the rotating shaft so as to be partitioned from the outside operates the hydraulic piston when the hydraulic piston is operated. In a rotary clutch seal lubrication mechanism configured to perform lubrication using leakage from a working hydraulic circuit, a tip opening faces between the seal rings of the seal portion of the rotary shaft, which is composed of a plurality of seal rings. , a lubricating oil supply path connected to a hydraulic pressure source or a lubricating oil supply source is formed at the rear end.

(Function) Therefore, the seal lubrication mechanism of the rotary clutch configured as described above is such that even when the hydraulic piston is not in operation, the tip of the lubricating oil supply path connected to the hydraulic pressure source or the lubricating oil supply source is opened at the rear end side. Since lubricating oil is supplied between the seal rings of the seal part of the rotary shaft and lubricates the seal part of the rotary shaft, the rotary seal parts such as the seal rings do not wear out, and the rotational resistance of the rotary shaft increases. etc. will not occur.

Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of a rotary clutch provided in a transmission showing the configuration of this embodiment. In the figure, the same symbols are attached to the same components as in FIG. 1. The lubricating oil supply path 1 also serves as a lubricating oil supply path for the clutch portion, bearings, etc., and is formed at the axial center of the driven shaft, from which a branch path is formed that faces toward the outer circumference in the radial direction and has tip openings 1a and 1b. has been done. Further, as in the above embodiment, seal rings 2, 2 are provided between the fixed part A and the driven shaft C to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing out to the atmosphere.
a, 2b, 2c, and 2d are inserted in two rows each at both ends of the support portion E of the driven shaft C. And between the seal rings 2a and 2b at both ends, 2c and 2d
In between, lubricating oil is supplied through the lubricating oil supply path 1 from the tip openings 1a and 1b of the lubricating oil supply path 1. The rear end side of the lubricating oil supply path 1 is connected to a lubricating oil supply source D, and lubricating oil is supplied thereto.

The lubricating means constructed as described above operates as follows when the rotary clutch is not operated. That is,
Even if the switching valve V is "closed" and there is no hydraulic oil in the hydraulic circuit 3 when the rotary clutch is not operated, the seal rings 2a and 2b at both ends are removed from the branch of the lubricating oil supply path 1. As long as the driven shaft C is rotating, lubricating oil is constantly supplied from the tip openings 1a and 1b facing between the center and between 2c and 2d due to the centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the driven shaft C. Therefore, even when the rotating clutch is not in operation, lubricating oil is constantly supplied to the rotating seal parts such as the seal ring from the lubricating oil supply path, so that there is no wear on the seal parts of the rotating shaft such as the seal ring. Furthermore, rotational resistance does not increase due to lack of lubricating oil.

As the hydraulic power source in the above embodiment, a hydraulic pump may be provided separately, or another hydraulic circuit, for example, a branch from the hydraulic pump side from the switching valve of the operating hydraulic circuit may be used as the hydraulic source. Alternatively, the supply may be branched from a cooling circuit for hydraulic oil or the like.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the lubricating oil is always supplied from the lubricating oil supply path (in the latter embodiment, as long as the driven shaft is rotating), but efficient lubrication is possible. Therefore, in the case of the first embodiment, a sensor or the like is provided in the hydraulic pressure circuit to supply lubricating oil to the lubricating oil supply circuit only when there is no hydraulic oil in the hydraulic circuit, so that the hydraulic power source or the hydraulic source and the lubricating oil are connected to each other. Control may be provided by providing an on-off valve or the like between the supply circuits.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, by providing the lubricating means according to the invention on the rotary seal portion of the rotary clutch, lubricating oil is constantly supplied to the rotary seal portion such as the seal ring even when the clutch is not operated. Therefore, the rotary seal parts such as the seal ring will not wear out, and the rotational resistance will not increase.

Therefore, the life span and overhaul time of the rotary clutch portion are significantly extended, and as a result, it becomes possible to dramatically increase the operating time of a working vehicle or the like employing such a rotary clutch. In particular, for work vehicles that are often used far away from maintenance facilities, the effect of extending the overhaul time is very large.
