Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform punching work without applying tension to a CFRP laminated plate for improving punching precision by making a punching tool of tapered or stepped on an edge. CONSTITUTION:A laminated plate (CFRP laminated plate) 4 having preimpregnated material consisted of carbon fiber and epoxy resin on the inter mediate layer, and having plastic films on one outer layer and the other outer layer thereof, is pinched between a die 2 and a stripper 3, while binding force on the laminated plate 4 around the hole to be worked is made over 50kg/cm<2>. At this condition, the laminated plate 4 is punched out on using a punching tool 1 that is made on the edge of tapered or of stepped. On this occasion, the center portion of being punched is bended by the edge for being broken on the inside carbon fiber, and thereafter plastic films on outer layers are cut by the punching tool 1 and the cutting edge of the die 2 for separating them into a product and refuse to improve circularity thereof.

付けている下型ダイセットと、下面にパンチホルダを取
付けている上型ダイセットと、前記パンチホルダの下位
にコイルスプリングを介して取付けられているストリッ
パと、前記パンチホルダに保持されて先端が該ストリッ
パに向いているパンチ工具とからなり、かつ、前記パン
チ工具の刃先がテーパ付きと段付きのいずれかになって
いるとともに、前記コイルスプリングの押圧力を該ダイ
とストリッパの間で挟持されて穴加工されるCFRP積
層板の穴周りの拘束力が50kg/cm2以上になるよ
うにした。

のいずれかになっているとともに、前記コイルスプリン
グの押圧力を該ダイとストリッパの間で挟持されて穴加
工される積層板の穴周りの拘束力が50kg/cm^2
以上になるようにしたことを特徴とする積層板の穴加工
