[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming a horizontal wall or a vertical wall in an internal or external wall of an architecture or structure. Conventionally used boards of this type include Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (cladding board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, the construction technology resulted in exteriors consisting of joints of varying widths, with and without joints, which was disadvantageous. In addition, this board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there is no reinforcing rib on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. Ta.
In addition, since the board does not have a backing material, condensation may form on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks heat insulation, fireproofing, and soundproofing properties, and the decorative surface cannot be prevented from deforming. It had the drawbacks of being easily deformed and lacking in connection strength. Furthermore, no matter which of the above-mentioned boards is used, most of the connecting parts of the boards are in direct contact with the base material, so condensation often corrodes the base material. Since the vibrations and deformation of the parts are directly transmitted, they have the disadvantage of being easy to separate. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention has a sandwich structure in which the surface material has a robust cross-sectional shape, the recesses are filled with a core material, and the back surface of the core material is covered with a backing material, and the decorative surface is made of There is no warping or twisting, and the engagement force of the connecting part is strengthened. In addition, the connecting part has excellent heat insulation and vibration-proofing properties.
We also propose a board that is easy to install, especially nailing, and can be strongly fixed to the structure by driving two fixing parts if necessary, and is also waterproof, heat-insulating, and aesthetically pleasing. do. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board, and 1 is a surface material formed by molding or extruding a metal plate (flat plate, embossed plate) or a synthetic resin plate into the shape shown in FIG. 2, for example. This is what I did. 2 is a horizontally long decorative surface (hereinafter referred to as
(simply referred to as a cosmetic surface) with at least 1
More than one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. The decorative groove 3 is mainly used to prevent the decorative surface 2 from warping, twisting, and cracking, and to make it difficult to distinguish between the joints in the wall and the decorative groove 3 when the board is installed.
This design not only creates a beautiful appearance with a unified pattern, but also helps create a three-dimensional feel despite its size. To explain further, the decorative groove 3 has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, and the so-called vertical bottom surface 3a and its upper edge are angled outward at θ 1 (right angle) with the horizontal upper surface 3b perpendicular to the decorative surface 2 and the lower edge thereof. It is formed from a lower inclined surface 3c which is inclined upward at the rear at an angle θ 2 (acute angle).
Reference numeral 4 denotes a locking portion in which the lower end of the decorative surface 2 is bent inward twice to form a substantially L-shape in longitudinal section. To explain further, the locking part 4 is at an angle of θ 3 =90° with the decorative surface 2,
A so-called horizontal bottom side 5, a locking piece 6 that is vertically directed upward, or slightly inclined inward, and a tip of the locking piece 6 that is arranged outwardly or inwardly (not shown) in the form of a seam.
The bottom side 5 is a locking piece 6.
In addition to minimizing the deformation of the locking part 4 by shortening the length of the locking piece 6, the shading of the right-angled shape enhances the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and the locking piece 6 makes contact with the engaging part to be described later over a large area. In addition, the tongue piece 7 functions as a guide during construction, a stable support piece, and a waterproof surface, and the tongue piece 7 functions as a locking piece during construction and forms a gap to prevent capillary phenomenon from occurring at the engagement portion with the protrusion described later. This is useful in preventing the tip of the tool 6 from becoming sharp like a knife, thereby eliminating danger during work. Reference numeral 8 denotes an engaging part, which connects the upper end of the decorative surface 2 with an inclined part 9 that slopes upward at an angle θ' 2 corresponding to the angle θ 2 , and a joint base part 10 extending vertically upward from the upper end thereof. Angle θ 4 (acute angle) between the upper end of the base 10 and its surface
It is formed from an inclined rib-like protrusion 11, mainly functions as a joint base, and further engages the locking part and reduces contact of the surface material 1 with the base, rim, etc. In addition, it is useful for vibration isolation and for storing the core material described later, and is useful as a mold material with a vertical cross section that does not leak raw material. To explain further, the slope part 9 improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from accumulating in the basement part 10.
It promotes a three-dimensional effect when forming joints and is useful for increasing the working width. Further, the joint base portion 10 is made up of a vertical surface or a substantially vertical surface that is slightly inclined inward, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion and as a guide for the locking piece 6, and the protrusion 11 serves as a guide for the locking piece 6. While engaging the stopper piece 6 under a certain elasticity,
The locking piece 6 is formed by reinforcing the rain cover and preventing deformation of the surface material 1 and by forming the triangular bent part 11a.
This serves to prevent capillary action occurring between the protrusions 11 and 11. Incidentally, it is preferable that the angle θ 4 is such that only the surface in contact with the tongue piece 7 is inclined in order to strengthen the engagement force. The specific angle θ 4 is determined by dimensions such as the height h 1 of the base 5 and the width W of the surface material 1 . Reference numeral 12 denotes a fixed portion, which includes an auxiliary pouring surface 13 that extends vertically upward from the end of the outer surface 11b of the protrusion 11, and the auxiliary pouring surface 13 and the joint base portion 10 are substantially flush with each other; Said auxiliary pouring surface 1
3. A protruding end surface 14 with a height Δh whose tip is bent inward at right angles and a fixing piece 15 whose lower end is extended vertically upward are formed into a crank-shaped cross section, and the tip of the fixing piece 15 is bent inward or It is formed from a tongue piece 16 bent outward. In addition, the fixing part 12 is used to attach the board to the base (edge, stud, frame, base board) at a position where rainwater will not leak.
It is fixed to A via nails B, reduces the area where the surface material 1 directly contacts the base A, and is useful for strengthening vibration resistance. Of course, the auxiliary driving surface 13 serves to more firmly fix the board itself to the frame and also to strengthen the engagement force of the board. 17 is a concave portion with a decorative surface 2, a decorative groove 3, a bottom side 5,
This is a space surrounded by the engaging portion 8 , the auxiliary casting surface 13 and the protruding end surface 14 of the fixing portion 12 , and is useful for filling the core material 18 .
The core material 18 is one in which the recess 17 is integrally filled with a molded body through an adhesive or with a liquid raw material through the self-adhesive properties of the raw material during foam formation,
It mainly functions as a heat insulating material, cushion material, backup material, reinforcing material, soundproofing material, moisture proofing material, and rust preventing material. Its cross-sectional shape corresponds to the concave portion 17, and the end near the locking portion 4 is approximately triangular or rectangular (not shown) so that a gap is formed between the bottom side 5 and the locking piece 6. An escape groove 19 is provided, and an escape groove 1 is provided.
9 mainly serves to attach the protrusion 11 of the upper board. Furthermore, raw materials for the core material 18 include synthetic resin foams, such as resins for polyurethane foams, resins for polyisocyanurate foams, and resins for phenol foams, as well as flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, borax, etc.). Products containing one or more of the following: sodium metaborate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, antimony trioxide, bentonite, perlite grains, and shirasu balloons, or molded products of rock wool, glass wool, vinyl chloride foam, polystyrene foam, polyethylene foam, etc. Preferably, the foam raw material is discharged and placed in the recess 17 to react and foam,
It is possible to integrate them by utilizing their self-adhesive properties. Reference numeral 20 denotes a backing material, which is a sheet-like material, which mainly covers the backside of the core material 18, and also serves as a release material when forming the core material 18, a surface material for making the board itself have a sandwich structure, a waterproofing material, and a heat reflecting material. It's useful. To explain further, the back material 20 is made of, for example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (A, Pb,
Fe), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
It is made of one type of glass cloth, a combination of one or more of these types, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. here,
To briefly explain the sizes of each of the above parts, the length of the bottom surface 3a is 1 , the width of the opening of the decorative groove 3 is W1 ,
The depth of the decorative groove 3 is d, the length of the locking piece 6 is 2 , the width of the joint base part 10 is W 2 , the width from the tip of the protrusion 11 to the upper end of the slope part 9 is W 3 , the decorative surface The width from the upper end of 2 to the protrusion 11 is W 4 , the height of the slope 9 is h 2 ,
The height from the surface of the fixing piece 15 of the fixing part 12 to the tip of the protrusion 11 is h 3 , the height from the surface of the joint basement part 10 to the protrusion 11 is h 4 , and from the decorative surface 2 to the fixing part 12
The height to the surface of the fixed piece 15 is h 5 , the length of the fixed piece 15 is 3 , the thickness of the surface material 1 is t , the joint opening width of the wall with the board installed is W 5 , and the bottom width of the joint is W 6 ,
Letting the thickness of each part of the core material 18 be t 1 , t 2 , t 3 , for example, h 1 = d = h 2 , W 1 = W 5 , 1 = W 6 , W 6 + 2
= W 2 , W 3 > W 1 , θ 2 = θ 2 , Δh = h 5 − (h 2 ), h 4 <
h 1 , h 4 ≦h 2 , d+Δh=h 5 , t 1 = h 5 −t, t 2 = h 5
d, t 3 =Δh−t, 3 = 10 to 20 mm. Next, a construction example will be explained. Assume now that the boards shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form an exterior wall.
Assume that the nth stage board ○I is fixed to a frame A such as a main pillar, stud, wall base, or rim using nails B. Next, the locking part 4 of the n+1st stage board ○B is engaged with the engaging part 8 of the nth stage board ○B,
Next, fix the fixing part 12 of the board ○○ with nails B. Therefore, in order to construct the entire outer wall, the above-mentioned steps may be performed sequentially from the base side toward the girder. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4 a to c, 5 a to e, and 6

A protrusion 13a is provided along the longitudinal direction at the upper end of the auxiliary casting surface 13, and the tip of the fixing piece 15 is bent in a folded shape, and the upper back material 20 is attached to the protrusion 1.
Figure 3a shows a structure in which the upper end of the back material 20 protrudes by Δ to improve waterproofness, and Figure d shows a structure in which the upper end of the auxiliary pouring surface 13 is placed in the longitudinal direction. Figure e shows a structure in which a protrusion 13a is provided along the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary casting surface 13. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
Capillarity does not occur in the continuous structure of the locking part and the engaging part, and rainwater does not leak inside the board due to the tongue of the locking part, the protrusion of the engaging part, and the extension part. It has the characteristic that it does not corrode the foundation or the inside of the wall. Additionally, the board is fixed in a location where rainwater does not infiltrate, which has the advantage of preventing rust from forming on the fixtures. Furthermore, since the decorative grooves are formed on the decorative surface, the long board does not deteriorate in appearance due to warping, twisting, or sagging. Moreover, since the decorative groove has a scalene trapezoidal longitudinal section, the appearance is the same as the joint when the boards are connected, and unlike conventional walls, the joint functions as a pattern, making it possible to create a wall with a beautiful appearance. be. In addition, the decorative grooves and joints have a scalene trapezoidal vertical cross section, so water drains well.
Moreover, it has the characteristic of creating a three-dimensional effect rather than its actual size. In addition, since the fixing portion of the board can be fixed in two stages, it is possible to securely attach the board to the building frame while backing up the engagement force. Furthermore, when forming a wall using this board,
It has the characteristics of significantly improved soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. In addition, since the concave portion is formed into a cross section that can be used as a mold material, it can be transported using a steel belt, which greatly improves productivity.
