Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily feed water for washing a rice and boiling the rice to containers by forming a drain path of a space in a ring shape and the hollow part of a column, forming an exhaust port on the bottom surface of a rice washing tank, and simultaneously, providing the space, in which the containers such as a rice boiling pot are installed to be freely taken in and out, at the lower side. CONSTITUTION:Though particulates such as a sugar, a starch and a dust to adhere to the surface and concave part of a rice to be washed are dissolved in the water and they make the water muddy, the muddy water is exhausted to the external part of an internal wall 11a of a rice washing tank 11 by an overflow work at a through hole 19, it goes in a drain path 27 formed of the space part in the ring shape and hollow part of a column 24a, and it is exhausted from an opening 26 in a lower part to a sink 28. When a prescribed time passes in such a condition, the water inside the rice washing tank 11 is made clear, and a rice washing is completed. When an exhaust lever 22 is pushed down after the rice washing is completed, an open/close valve 21 opens an exhaust port 20, the rice and water inside the rice washing tank 11 are exhausted from the exhaust port 20, and they are supplied to a rice boiler pot 25 installed at the lower side of the exhaust port 20. By continuing a water injection at such a time, the rice to adhere to the internal wall of the rice washing tank 11 can be also exhausted without remaining.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, cooked rice is usually cooked after washing white rice with water to sufficiently remove sugar, dust, dust, etc. adhering to the surface of the rice grains. In other words, in many ordinary households, the housewife washes rice by herself. Since washing rice and cooking rice is a daily chore, it is a considerable burden on housewives. For rice cooking itself, electric rice cookers and gas rice cookers are widespread, so even if housewives are exempted from cooking rice, special equipment is not provided for washing rice as a preliminary step, except for commercial use. Therefore, rice that has not been thoroughly washed has poor taste and storage stability, and especially in today's world where electric warmers have developed and become more widespread, rice tends to pick up odors and rot easily while being kept warm. There is. However, washing rice using tap water in the early mornings of winter, or washing rice with a tired and tired body after work, is harsh domestic work, and the rice is washed insufficiently. It is something that can be enjoyed.

Therefore, various rice washers have been proposed in order to free up the labor from washing rice. A conventional rice washer will be explained below. 4 and 5 show a conventional rice washer, FIG. 4 is a perspective view, and FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view. 1 is a cylindrical container body with an open top; A lid body 2 is screwed onto the upper part by threaded portions 1 a + 2 a to cover the opening. A water discharge pipe 3 is provided on the upper surface of the lid body 2 with nozzles 3a and 3b at the tips penetrating from the outside to the inside. Reference numeral 4 denotes a water wheel body disposed above the interior, and this water wheel body 4 is provided with eight supporting frames 4a that protrude radially, and the nozzle 3a is installed at the tip of the supporting frame 4a.
, 3b. A rotating shaft 5 is integrally formed at the axial center of the water wheel body 4, and this rotating shaft 5 has an upper end 5a connected to a bearing part 2b on the back surface of the lid body 2, and a lower end 5b

The operation of the conventional rice washer having the above structure will be explained below. First, a predetermined amount of rice to be washed is placed inside the container body 1, and a series of stirring blades 7 are introduced into the rice to be washed via the lid 2 and the rotating shaft 5, and the lid 2 is placed inside the container body 1. It is connected to the threaded portions 1a and 2a via the threaded portions 1a and 2a. Then, a hose 8 is connected to the water discharge pipe 3 to allow tap water to flow into the container body 1. For tap water, use nozzles 3a, 3
The water is vigorously ejected from b towards the blades 4b of the water wheel body 4, causing the water wheel body 4 to rotate. The water that has rotated the water wheel body 4 enters the lower part of the container body 1 through the many holes 6a of the perforated plate 6.
Alternatively, it is discharged to the outside through a through hole 1c provided above the perforated plate 6 in the peripheral wall of the container body 1, and the container body 1 and lid body 2 are discharged.
It leaks along the side wall of the container body 1 through the gap 9 between the container body 1 and the container body 1.

On the other hand, when the waterwheel body 4 rotates, the stirring blades 7 rotate via the rotating shaft 5 and stir the rice to be washed. Therefore, the rice to be washed removes the bran, dust, and dirt adhering to its surface by the friction between the rice grains, and these are discharged by water from the drainage port 1d provided below the perforated plate 6 on the peripheral wall of the container body 1.

If the rice to be washed is stirred in this state for a certain period of time, the water inside the container body 1 becomes clear, and the rice to be washed inside the container body 1 can be automatically washed. Thereafter, the hose 8 is removed from the water discharge pipe 3, the lid 2 is removed from the container body 1, and the washed rice inside the container body 1 is taken out.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the above-mentioned conventional rice washing machine, rice is washed by rotating the water wheel body 4 using tap water and rotating the stirring blade 7 by the rotating force of the water wheel body 4. Therefore, in order to increase the stirring efficiency, it is necessary to increase the water pressure, which results in the use of a large amount of water.

Also, each time the water is used, the water faucet and the water discharge pipe 3 are connected, for example, with a hose 8, or after washing the rice, the above-mentioned connection is released, and the container body 1 and the lid 2 are separated.
The trouble with the removal plate, such as having to take out the rice inside, has been a problem in that it may hinder the spread of rice washing equipment.

First, the rice washer is installed so that the water injection part 17 is located below the water faucet of the sink 28, and the rice cooker 25 is installed below the outlet 20 of the rice washer. After loading the rice to be washed into the rice washing tank 11 from the rice input port 12,
Tap water is injected into the rice washing tank 11 from the water injection part 17, and a timer 14 or the like is used to set a washing time for washing the rice to be washed to the desired degree of polishing. The stirring 3E16 is rotated to stir the rice to be washed and water. Due to this stirring, the rice grains rub against each other, and fine particles such as sugar, starch, and dust that adhere to the surface or recesses of the rice to be washed dissolve into the water, making the water cloudy, but the cloudy water overflows through the through holes 19. Due to the action, the rice is discharged to the outside of the inner wall 11a of the rice washing tank 11, and the annular space and the column 24a are

When the discharge lever 22 is pushed down after washing the rice, the on-off valve 21 opens the discharge port 20, and the rice and water inside the rice washing tank 11 are discharged from the discharge port 20, and the rice cooker pot installed below the discharge port 20 is drained. 25. By continuing to pour water at this point, all of the rice that has adhered to the inner wall of the rice washing tank 11 can be discharged. After draining, the tap water is turned off, the amount of water supplied to the rice cooking pot 25 is adjusted, and this pot is set in the rice cooker to complete the preparation for cooking rice.
