[Prior Art] As the circuits of ceramic IC boards become more complex, circuit patterns are printed on both the front and back sides, as is well known. Conventionally, a mesh belt conveyor has been used to heat-treat IC boards, but if the IC board is placed directly on the mesh belt, the bottom surface of the IC board will come into contact with the mesh belt, causing problems. IC with double-sided printing like this
A tray (also called a spacer) is interposed in the substrate so that it does not come into direct contact with the mesh belt. However, conventionally, in order to supply IC boards with such a tray interposed, one manual operation is required to remove the mesh belt. A method of placing trays and IC boards one by one on the transport surface of a mesh belt, and a method of fixing metal trays, etc. at regular intervals to the transport surface of a mesh belt in advance, and manually placing IC boards on the trays, etc. Alternatively, there was a method of placing it using an automatic feeding machine.

By bringing the clamping pieces 95a and 95b into contact with the long sides of the three trays 30 by bringing the trays 95b close to each other, the IC boards 40 placed thereon are simultaneously lifted. Then, the traveling body 93 is moved by the operation of the rodless cylinder 92 and moved above the mesh belt conveyor l. Then, the gripper 95 is lowered by the operation of the small cylinder 94, and the clamping pieces 95a and 95b are opened to place the three IC boards together with the tray on the mesh belt conveyor l. Thereafter, the same process as described above is repeated and IC boards are successively fed onto the mesh belt conveyor 1 with a tray interposed therebetween. Note that after all the IC boards in the board magazine 70a have been transferred, the empty magazine 70a is moved to the position of the board magazine 70b by the operation of the chain conveyor 71. In this way, the chain conveyor 71 moves the empty board magazine and also transports board magazines containing IC boards one after another to the position of the board magazine 70a.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above with respect to the embodiments, the IC board supply device of the present invention includes a tray that is approximately rectangular in plan and can be mounted across two conveyor belts, and a tray with one side extending from the short side of the tray. A long rectangular IC board whose other side is shorter than the long side of the tray is used, and the tray is projected higher than the conveyance surface of the conveyor belt from the interval between the two conveyor belts. Since the tray and the IC board are placed on the pedestal in that order, the pedestal is lowered, the tray is placed on the conveyor belt, and then the IC board is placed on the tray, there is no possibility that the tray will shift laterally on the tray. The IC board can be placed securely without any problems. That is, since the pedestal has a concave part that can stably support the tray and a stepped part on both sides above the concave part that can stably support the IC board, when the pedestal is lowered, the tray and IC board can be safely supported. The trays can be placed on the two conveyor belts in such a state that the trays are reliably overlapped directly on top of each other.

Therefore, it is possible to supply IC boards one after another with a tray interposed therebelow with high throughput without relying on human hands, and work efficiency can be greatly improved. In addition, even if the size of the IC board changes slightly, it can be easily handled by simply adjusting the cradle, and there is no need for major changes such as replacing the mesh belt as in the past, so it is versatile. There are advantages.
