A so-called hydraulic transfer method is widely known in which a pattern is transferred onto the transfer target using hydraulic pressure by floating the transfer target on a liquid surface and lowering the transfer target from above toward the printing surface. In addition, a thin film that has been printed in multiple colors in advance using a conventional method and then dried may be directly roll coated before being floated with a liquid containing a solvent or adhesive that can swell the printing ink, or directly on the surface of the liquid. Methods in which the ink is given tackiness again by spray coating are disclosed in JP-A-54-33115 and JP-A-55-148190, and these methods are currently available. This is being carried out by

Since it is a one-shot pattern, for example, it is not possible to change the wood grain to match the unevenness of the object, but at least it would be better if the wood grain was uniformly applied. Patterns unrelated to the irregularities of the object, such as camouflage colors or polka dots, were preferred.

While calculating the information, based on the processing results, ink of each color is ejected as droplets from two or more nozzles onto the surface of the thin film, while relatively changing the positional relationship between the thin film and the nozzle. A desired pattern is deposited on the film, and then this thin film is floated on a liquid with the pattern facing upward, and at this time, if an ink that has tackiness is used until the time of transfer, as it is,
In addition, when using ink that loses or reduces tackiness by forming a dry film, apply an activator or the like to restore the tackiness to the ink before or after the ink is applied. While the ink constituting the pattern has tackiness, the object to be transferred is brought into contact with the thin film on the liquid, and part or all of the object to be transferred is immersed in the liquid. A thin film is brought into close contact with the object to be transferred by hydraulic pressure, and any desired pattern obtained just before the semen is transferred to the object by the calculation result of the encoded information, and then, as necessary. Accordingly, the transfer film remaining on the surface of the transferred object is removed, and further, if the line pattern and the unevenness of the transferred object do not match as a result, the arithmetic processing is performed until they match. The method is characterized in that each of the above steps is repeated with modifications made to the above. In addition, the method for determining the board of the present invention is as follows:
When the best pattern is finally obtained in this way, the calculation process at that time is performed again, the final pattern obtained is taken out without floating on the liquid, and a printing plate is made based on the final pattern. It is characterized by making it happen.

Furthermore, this pattern is a pattern that is drawn based on the processing results while processing encoded information using a so-called microcomputer with a microprocessor at its core. Various transformations such as reduction, repetition, and inversion can be performed easily and instantly. Such a pattern is floated on a liquid, and while the ink forming the pattern has tackiness, the object to be transferred is lowered and comes into close contact with the pattern. Any desired multicolor pattern determined and drawn on the spot is transferred onto the transfer target.

By making a judgment and reflecting the judgment result again as an arithmetic processing instruction for pattern transformation, the best pattern can be obtained.

A material that can be deformed along the curve and that can be printed with ink droplets ejected from a nozzle is used. Specifically, water-soluble or water-swellable films include starch-based films,
Polyvinyl alcohol resin film or mixed resin film mainly composed of polyvinyl alcohol resin, such as a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol and starch, etc., or these film materials can be used as paper, nonwoven fabric, cloth, various porous films, etc., or liquid In particular, sheets that are coated or laminated with a base sheet that has the property of permeating water, and sheets that are peeled off from the release layer after printing with various release layers, etc., so that ink droplets do not bleed. A device that can be accurately captured without reflecting or reflecting light is used. For this purpose, for example, the surface of the thin film may be slightly moistened with water, or a transparent paint containing a resin vehicle as a vehicle that can be used as a film after transfer is applied to the entire surface to make the surface sticky and prevent ink droplets from forming. Adhesion may be ensured.

The ink for this purpose is one that temporarily adheres to the film and does not form a dry film until it reaches water, or the vehicle contains a resin that is easily activated by the activators described below even if a dry film is formed. Included is used. In the former case, since the viscosity of the ink is high, it tends to be difficult to control droplets when ejecting the ink from a nozzle, but the extra step of activation can be omitted.

It is sometimes desirable that the paint does not dissolve rapidly, and it is further desirable that a resin that has an affinity for the solvent is added.

Any method can be used as long as it is capable of ejecting ink droplets from a nozzle that is a frontage and at the same time changes the relative positional relationship between the film and the nozzle, and there are currently various methods such as a pressure pulse method and a charge control method. Among the so-called inkjet printers, it can be used by considering ink suitability, drawing speed, etc. In this case, since the ink is ejected as droplets from each nozzle, it is possible to draw a pattern with simultaneous multicolor printing even when ink of two or more colors is used.

The pattern information is drawn on a water-soluble or water-swellable film. In the illustrated embodiment, a water-soluble or water-swellable film 1 wound into a roll is sequentially pulled out.
An ink tank 32 and an ink chamber 31 are partially wrapped around the platen 2 and communicated with the nozzle 3 facing the platen 2 while the nozzle 3 scans horizontally (in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the paper). The ink 4 is ejected as droplets so that a pattern is drawn. Subsequently, the film 1 is introduced onto the water surface 61 of the water tank 6 by the roll 51 in front of the platen 2 and the inclined conveyor 52, and is floated on the water surface 61 with the pattern on the film 1 facing upward. At this time, if the ink 4 has tackiness until it reaches the water surface 61 and the transfer is performed, the transfer object 7 can be continuously pushed in and transferred, but by then the ink 4 has formed a dry film. If the tackiness is lost or becomes insufficient, it is necessary to apply an activator before it reaches the water surface 61 or after landing on the water and before transferring. In this case, if this is done before reaching the water surface, methods such as gravure coating, roll coating, or bar coding can be used; if this is done after floating on the water surface, the film absorbs water. This can be done by waiting for the mixture to swell and then applying a method such as spray coating or ultrasonic coating.

。Therefore, while the ink constituting the pattern has tackiness, if the water-soluble or water-swellable film absorbs some water, swells, and begins to develop ductility, the ink from above the water surface 61 is The transfer object 7 is lowered together with the water-soluble or water-swellable film 1, and part or all of it is pushed into water. Then, the film 1 clings to the transfer target 7 due to water pressure.

The water in the water tank 6 may also be adjusted to an appropriate temperature depending on the properties of the water-soluble or water-swellable film. In some cases, it may not be possible to grasp the relationship in advance when the pattern is applied to the body, but by repeating the instructions for sequential pattern transformation, transcription, and evaluation, it becomes possible to grasp the trends between them, and it is not a trial and error process. However, since so-called PLAN, Do, and SEE can be repeated within very close intervals, it is possible to definitely form a pattern as desired.

If you input a command to repeatedly draw the same pattern,
Mass-produced transcription is also possible. Therefore, it is possible to easily handle objects with slightly different shapes, and for objects with greatly different shapes, by reading appropriate pattern information from the accumulated information group, it is possible to produce a large variety of products in small quantities. It can also handle transcription work.

According to the pressure transfer method, it is possible to carry out the process while activating the pattern on the thin film printed by the printing plate. In this case, in order to reproduce the finally determined pattern for plate making, it may be done on the above film, but it may be drawn on a separate sheet of paper and sent to the plate making process without floating on the water surface.

Any desired pattern obtained just before the liquid is applied is transferred to the transfer object based on the arithmetic processing result of the encoded information by bringing the liquid into close contact with the transfer object, and then, if necessary, the pattern remains on the surface of the transfer object. Further, if the pattern does not match the unevenness of the object to be transferred, the calculation process is modified and the above steps are repeated until they match, and finally the best pattern is removed. Once the pattern is obtained, the arithmetic processing at that time is performed again and the final pattern obtained is taken out without floating on the liquid.
A method for determining a printing plate in which a printing plate is raised based on the final pattern.
