Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and efficiently perform the temporary restoration work by arranging ground retaining tools in a groove dug to bury a pipeline or the like, burying bag-shaped containers storing the dug ground, and spreading crushed stone, rubber plates or the like on them. CONSTITUTION:Ground retaining tools B formed by connecting ground retaining plates 5 and 5' with support bars 6 face to face are arranged in a dug groove, pipelines C are buried while the collapse of the groove from both wall faces is prevented. For the temporary restoration, many containers A storing the dug ground (a) in bag-shaped container main bodies 1 are dropped in sequence in the groove protected by the ground retaining tools B to temporarily bury the groove. Adequate support plates (c) are then spread on the containers A, a roadbed material (d) such as crushed stone is dispersed on them, rubber plates (e) are spread on it so that the area can be used as a road. Temporarily installed objects are removed in the opposite procedures to that of the temporary restoration work, and the formal work is restarted.

(Prior Art) Simple pipe burying work involves digging a trench with a backhoe or the like, placing earth retaining on the trench wall, laying pipes and pulls to fill the trench, and backfilling the trench. However, on roads with heavy traffic, it is necessary to carry out work only at night and use them as normal roads during the day. For this reason, temporary restoration work was carried out at such construction sites to ensure that daytime use of the road would not be affected.

This temporary restoration work involved placing girders on the top of the trench and laying lining boards on top of it, or removing the earth retaining of the trench once excavated and retaining it, and backfilling with earth and sand.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The temporary restoration work is extremely complicated. In other words, it is necessary to install and remove girder materials and lining plates, which are quite heavy items, every day, and when installing these, they must be installed so that they are sturdy and free from rattling so as not to pose a danger to vehicles passing over them. You must do so. Furthermore, in order to erect the girder material above the excavated trench, it is necessary to excavate a wide trench above the trench by the length of the girder material, and when using this restoration method, it is necessary to pave asphalt as wide as the warpage.

In addition, in the case of backfilling stones, it is necessary to excavate and retain the earth again, which causes a time loss, and there is also the risk of soil collapse because the excavation is carried out in loose ground.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above problems, the present invention proposes a new temporary restoration method. In other words, the temporary restoration method for underground pipes, etc. according to the present invention is to install an earth retaining device in which earth retaining plates facing each other are connected using a support rod into an excavated trench, and then place a bag-shaped container containing the excavated material in the trench. It is characterized by being located within the groove.

(Function) When digging a trench to install piping, etc., earth retaining tools are used to prevent collapse from both walls of the trench and the pipe is buried, and the excavated soil is stored in a bag-like container and used temporarily. During restoration, place the bag-shaped container containing the 2-in-1 (excavation) in a trench protected by earth-holding tools, lay an appropriate support plate above the container, lay crushed stone on top to make it flat, and use rubber plates, etc. Once laid, it can be used as a road.

The main members used in the present invention are cosiana A and earth retaining tool B. Container A is made of cloth or membrane structure body 1
The bag is shaped like a bag, and has a hanging string 2 and a closing tJ13, and a small opening 4 that can be opened and closed at the bottom. Moreover, the size of the main body 1 is made to correspond to the earth fastener B described later. The earth retaining device B is formed by connecting two opposing earth retaining plates 5.5' with a support rod 6, the lower end is formed at an acute angle, and its size is determined by the height of the depth of the trench to be excavated (160 to 22
0 cm), and the width is approximately the same as the distance for one operation.

Construction work for burying pipes, cables, etc. first involves digging shallow trenches in the ground, suspending earth retaining tools into the trench, and installing earth retaining plates 5.
.. While digging the bottom of the groove between 5' to the required depth with a bar 7j;-, etc., drop the earth retaining tool B into it. At this time, excavated soil a for trench excavation is stored in multiple containers A (second
(see figure). Connection of pipe C and other piping work are carried out in a condition where the walls of the trench are face-faced to prevent landslides (see Figure 4), and when the work is completed, the trench is sequentially backfilled.

If temporary restoration work is to be carried out during construction, first protect the pipe C by covering it with sand around the pipe C protruding into the trench, and then drop Cosiana A containing excavated soil A into the trench one after another. Then, fill the groove with cosiana, lay an appropriate support plate C on the top of the container, spread roadbed material d on top of it, spread rubber plates e on top of it, and use it as a road. (See Figure 5).

Therefore, temporary restoration work is very easy, and all you need to do is prepare a container for temporary restoration work, and it is much lighter than conventional girders and lining plates. , easy to handle. Furthermore, since the excavated soil that had been piled up in the open is stored in containers, the excavated soil does not get scattered and can be stored near the construction site. The container Δ containing the is positioned above the excavation trench, and the small opening 4
When the container Δ is opened, the excavated soil a inside the container Δ falls into the trench, making backfilling work easier.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention stores the excavated soil in a container when digging a trench at the end of burying work such as piping, places the container in the trench during temporary restoration, and digs into the trench when resuming construction work. The container inside can be taken out, and the materials required for temporary restoration work are lighter and easier to handle than conventional girder materials and lining plates, and the temporary restoration work itself can be performed easily. Moreover, it has many advantages such as being effective for the treatment of excavation itself.
