囲室および建屋の集塵を兼用せしめ集塵効果を増
加すると共に炉囲室の構造を簡易化しようとする

業口炉前扉13、酸素吹精用開口部14、出鋼口
扉15などが設けられているが、電気炉10にス
クラツプを装入する際にバケツトワイヤ道への開
口をシールするためにエアーカーテン機構16を
設け、又このような炉室上部開口部分17には移
動式天井扉18を設け、更に炉囲気集塵ダクト1

題点を解消するように考案されたものであつて、
建屋内に設けられた炉体の周囲に炉囲室を設け、
該炉囲室に天井開口部を設けて装入操作などを行
わせるようにしたものにおいて、前記天井開口部
にはこれをカバーする昇降フードを設け、しかも
該昇降フードに上記天井開口部と建屋集塵部との
間で昇降操作するための昇降操作機構を設けたこ
とを特徴とする炉囲室建屋集塵兼用フードであ

いて、該フード2が上昇された状態では建屋の集
塵を行い、その下降時には前記開口部1を閉塞し
て炉囲室11の集塵を行わせるようになつてい

井扉などを設ける必要がないので該部分の構造を
簡易化すると共にこの部分におけるメンテナンス
スペースを充分に得しめ、或いは炉囲室を小型化
し得るメリツトがあり、集塵フードは建屋の集塵
を兼用するので設備的に低コストであると共に炉
囲室に対する集塵が効率的であるなどの効果を有
